For card art and visual treatments, start with Wizards of the Coast’s Outlaws of Thunder Junction Card Image Gallery. The set’s card universe includes five distinct codes—not just OTJ—so use the guide below to tell the main set, bonus sheets, The Big Score, Special Guests, and Commander cards apart. Wizards released the set on April 19, 2024.
Where to view the Outlaws of Thunder Junction visual spoiler
The official Wizards Card Image Gallery is the visual reference for card faces and Booster Fun treatments. For card names and set codes, Wizards also provides an official card list PDF. The gallery is the best place to inspect the images; the PDF is useful when you need to check a name or code.
“Every card” can mean different things for this release. OTJ is the main set, but Wizards also published related cards under OTC, OTP, BIG, and SPG. The sets and products are related, but their cards do not all belong to the same numbered main-set list.
What the five set codes mean
| Code | Card group | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| OTJ | Main set | The core Outlaws of Thunder Junction set. |
| OTC | Commander | Cards associated with the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander decks. |
| OTP | Breaking News | A bonus sheet of 65 cards: 20 uncommons, 30 rares, and 15 mythic rares, according to Wizards of the Coast’s 2024 collecting guide. |
| BIG | The Big Score | A related card group; 30 BIG cards are included in The List for OTJ. |
| SPG | Special Guests | A special card group; 10 SPG cards are included in The List for OTJ. |
Wizards’ 2024 guide identifies OTJ and BIG as Standard-legal sets, and OTC, OTP, and SPG as Commander-, Legacy-, and Vintage-legal. It also notes that individual cards may be legal in formats where they were already available. Format legality can change, so check current Wizards format resources before relying on a card’s status for a deck or event.
