Phantom Blade Zero lists a GTX 1660 or RX 5500 XT as its minimum GPU for a 1080p/30 FPS target, and an RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6700 XT for 1440p/60 FPS. Both targets assume upscaling. The game is listed for release on October 28, 2026; as of October 4, no retail-build benchmarks were available, so exact settings for a particular PC cannot yet be verified.

The following specifications are from the game’s Steam store listing, accessed October 4, 2026. They are published performance targets, not independently measured results.

The listing does not state an SSD capacity. It also does not identify a graphics preset for either target. Because upscaling is explicitly included in both rows, neither target should be read as a native-resolution performance guarantee.
How to judge whether your PC meets the target
Compare the components and the intended resolution and frame rate together; matching a GPU name alone does not establish that a system will reach a particular result.

- For the listed minimum: compare your desktop CPU and GPU with the minimum row, check for 16 GB RAM, Windows 10/11 64-bit, DirectX 12 support and an SSD. Its stated goal is 1080p/30 FPS with upscaling.
- For the listed recommended target: compare against the recommended CPU and GPU, and the same memory, operating-system, DirectX and SSD requirements. Its stated goal is 1440p/60 FPS with upscaling.
- For laptop hardware: the listing does not provide laptop-specific equivalents or validated results for mobile GPUs. A laptop GPU with a similar name is not enough evidence to promise the same performance.
- For hardware below minimum: the available specifications do not establish what lower resolutions, settings or upscaling modes might make the game playable.
Performance settings: what is known and what is not
The reliable setting-level information in the Steam listing is that both published targets use upscaling. It does not name a recommended upscaler configuration, quality preset, or graphics settings recipe. No trustworthy source available by October 4, 2026, reports preset-by-preset tuning guidance or benchmark results from the retail build, so a specific “best settings” list or expected frame rate for an individual PC would be speculation.
An unofficial Phantom Blade Guide page, last verified September 26, 2026, reports additional tiers of an RTX 5060 8GB for 1080p/60 FPS with ray tracing and an RTX 5080 16GB for 4K/60 FPS with path tracing, both with upscaling. The guide does not provide CPU or RAM requirements for those rows. Treat them as secondary reporting, not confirmed official requirements.

The same guide reports ray-traced reflections, shadows and caustics, as well as a path-tracing mode. It says NVIDIA confirmed DLSS support in an August 2026 announcement and that AMD FSR and Intel XeSS had not been announced as of its September verification. These feature details are not independently confirmed by the directly available official listing. NVIDIA’s 2025 announcement named Phantom Blade Zero among future DLSS 4 launches; that older announcement does not establish which DLSS version or options the final PC build will include.

As listed on Steam on October 4, 2026, Phantom Blade Zero is scheduled for October 28, 2026. The store page describes it as a single-player game powered by Unreal Engine 5 and lists Denuvo third-party DRM. Store details and requirements may change before release. The unofficial guide said Steam Deck compatibility was not yet rated and the install size had not been announced at its September 26, 2026 verification; those are dated status notes, not guarantees about the eventual listing.
