What Planet Humble adds
Miju Games describes the DLC as a fresh start on another planet: explore Humble, uncover its story and secrets, and terraform it. The Steam listing describes Humble as half the size of the base-game planet, with multiple new biomes and additional lore about space colonization and megacorporations. The listing asks, “Why is this planet unoccupied?” That is a hook, not an answer: the product description does not explain the mystery. The DLC is presented as an additional adventure, not as a replacement for the original game.
Do you need The Planet Crafter?
Yes. The Steam listing says The Planet Crafter is required to play the DLC. Buying Planet Humble alone does not remove that base-game requirement. Check the listing for your platform to confirm its requirements and availability.

How to reach the Humble planet
The Steam listing gives players two ways to access Humble:
- Start a new save: choose the Humble planet when beginning a new game.
- Travel from Prime: terraform the original planet, Prime, then reach Humble through the game’s interplanetary system.
These are different entry routes to the DLC planet; the listing does not rank one as preferable.

Can friends play if only one person owns the DLC?
Co-op is supported. According to the Steam listing, only one player in the group needs to own the DLC for multiplayer co-op. The base game is still required; check your platform’s store listing for any platform-specific multiplayer conditions.
Release date and where to check current availability
Miju Games announced the DLC on Steam on October 4, 2024, with a planned US$7.99 launch price. Steam records the release date as October 9, 2024. That price is historical, not a statement of what the DLC costs now. Miju Games’ October 4, 2024 announcement said, “The new planet Humble DLC is now available!” in its October 9 update.
