This is a historical roundup, not a live sale alert. Tom’s Guide’s November 8, 2024 article listed 15 PlayStation Store games at prices from $2 to $39 during the November Savings sale. Those prices are not verified current offers, so check the live store before buying.
What the November 2024 sale covered
Tom’s Guide described the PlayStation Store’s November Savings sale as a prelude to that year’s Black Friday discounts. Its article said the promotion included more than 600 individual discounts, with PS5 game deals starting at $2. Those figures describe the 2024 sale, not the current PlayStation Store catalog.

How to check for current PlayStation deals
The official US deals page is the place to check current PlayStation Store offers. The available information confirms that the page displays offers, but does not establish whether any of the 15 games above are discounted now or at what price. Visit PlayStation Store deals (US).
#1 Best Overall
- Marvel’s Wolverine is a new action-packed adventure from Insomniac Games
- Play as Wolverine and Ravage enemies with explosive brutality and unleash razor-sharp adamantium claws to deploy fast, fluid attacks and overcome impossible odds
- An Original, Emotionally Charged Story. Beneath Wolverine’s gruff exterior and violent temperament is a man fighting for a cause greater than himself
- A Global, Adrenaline-Fueled Journey where you slice into enemies across detailed locales such as the frosted Canadian Wilderness, the narrow streets of Tokyo, and the high and low districts of the island nation of Madripoor
- Confirm the store region: the page above is for the United States, and prices and availability can differ elsewhere.
- Check the exact platform and edition shown on the listing; similarly named editions may not include the same content.
- Look for any subscription eligibility requirement attached to an offer.
- Record the price and date you checked it. A sale listing can change, and a price from November 2024 is not a current quote.
PlayStation’s US deals and events page lists Days of Play as running May 27–June 10, 2026, and the Summer Sale as running July 15–August 12, 2026. Those past promotions do not establish that an early Black Friday sale is live on October 8, 2026. Check PlayStation’s US deals and events page.
Digital Store offers versus physical PS5 games
The 15 prices above were presented as PlayStation Store offers. A digital purchase and a physical disc edition are separate buying options: the historical article also listed Amazon examples for readers who preferred a disc, including games such as Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Final Fantasy XVI and Gran Turismo 7. Those examples and their prices were also from 2024, and do not confirm current retailer pricing, stock or availability.
