Both awarded a Carbink encounter, but the tasks and other rewards differed. The event ran January 13–16, 2024, and is over, so these checklists are a record of its requirements—not tasks players can complete now.
Dazzling Dream Collection Challenge checklist
To complete the standard challenge, catch six Pokémon and evolve two of them:
- Catch Jigglypuff
- Evolve Jigglypuff into Wigglytuff
- Catch Clefairy
- Evolve Clefairy into Clefable
- Catch Cottonee
- Catch Swirlix
- Catch Spritzee
- Catch Cutiefly
Completing this track awarded 1,000 Stardust, 2,000 XP, and an encounter with Carbink.
Dazzling Dream Hatch Challenge checklist
This was a separate challenge: hatch each of the following Pokémon from eggs.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you complete the Dazzling Dream challenges now?
No. The event ended in January 2024, and Niantic says Collection Challenges usually disappear when their associated event ends. Some event Pokémon may be obtainable through other methods, such as research rewards or raids, but that does not restore these expired challenge tasks. If Dazzling Dream returns, check the in-game event details to confirm which challenges and rewards are available.
