Specialist checklists report 207 cards across the expansion’s numbered cards and additional rarity or artwork variants. This guide explains what that count means, where to find the complete card-by-card list, and how to compare the Dialga and Palkia packs.
What is Space-Time Smackdown in Pokémon TCG Pocket?
Space-Time Smackdown is a digital expansion for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, not a physical booster release. The Pokémon Company announced its availability for January 30, 2025, highlighting the dimension-altering Pokémon ex Dialga and Palkia. Its January 23 preview also called out new Pokémon ex, Trainer cards, and immersive cards. The Pokémon Company’s launch announcement and official preview establish the release and headline features.
The expansion is commonly identified as A2 and draws heavily on Generation IV and the Sinnoh region. Its featured card categories are part of a broader set: the full checklist includes Pokémon and Trainer cards, along with alternate rarities and artwork treatments.
How many cards are in the A2 set?
Specialist card-list sources report 207 cards in the full Space-Time Smackdown checklist. That total includes more than the numbered base sequence: the Pokémon TCG Pocket checklist site counts 140 numbered set entries plus 67 additional rarity or art variants. These are checklist counts, not an official Pokémon Company statistic. Insider Gaming’s A2 list reports the 207-card total; the checklist page explains its breakdown.

#1 Best Overall
- The Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising Booster Bundle contains six booster packs from Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising.
- This is a great option for getting into the new Choas Rising expansion.
- A great gift for the Pokémon collector or player in your life.
That distinction matters when using a card list. A numbered entry is not necessarily the only version of that card to collect. If you are tracking every available version, use a checklist that includes the additional rarities and artwork variants rather than stopping at the last numbered card.
Where to find the complete Space-Time Smackdown card list
The full card-by-card listing, including card names, set numbers, types, and rarity labels, is published by Insider Gaming. For pack-specific comparisons and a checklist-style count breakdown, consult the Pokémon TCG Pocket checklist page.

- Each sealed Chaos Rising Booster Pack in a cardboard guard contains 10 random cards (contents vary by product)
The detailed list is a specialist compilation rather than an official card-by-card checklist from The Pokémon Company. The official release and preview confirm the expansion and its featured content, while the cited checklist sources provide the complete reported card inventory.
Dialga pack vs. Palkia pack: how to choose
Space-Time Smackdown has Dialga and Palkia pack variants, and their card pools are not identical. The useful comparison is not simply which legendary Pokémon appears on the pack: check which cards are exclusive to each pool and which cards you still need. The checklist’s pack lists can help separate shared cards from pack-specific ones.
Rank #3
- You will receive, at random, one Pokémon TCG: Team Rocket Tin includes 1 foil promo card featuring Team Rocket’s Mewtwo ex, Team Rocket’s Nidoking ex, or Team Rocket’s Persian ex.
- This also comes with 5 Pokémon TCG booster packs.
- You will also get a code card for Pokémon TCG Live.
- Check your in-game collection for the A2 cards you are missing.
- Compare those missing cards with the Dialga- and Palkia-specific lists.
- Choose the pack whose exclusive missing cards best match your collection goals.
No verified card-level pull probabilities are established here, so this comparison does not predict how many packs you will need to obtain a particular card.
