Konami announced the PC (Steam) release in 2016, and its PES 2017 product page lists PC alongside Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. Those pages identify the original platforms, not present-day stock. Before paying for a listing, verify that the seller is authorized, that the item is eligible in your country, whether it is a Steam key or physical media, that the key can be activated, and what refund terms apply. No current seller is confirmed here.
Is PES 2017 the same as eFootball on Steam?
No. PES 2017 is the 2016 game; the current Steam listing for eFootball is a separate later product, released September 29, 2021. Steam describes eFootball as an evolution of PES, but that does not make it a PES 2017 purchase page, replacement license, or source for PES 2017’s requirements.

Does PES 2017 run on Windows 10 or Windows 11?
Windows 10 appears in the historical minimum operating-system list, so it is within the game’s stated launch-era requirements. That is not a guarantee of successful installation or operation on every present-day Windows 10 system. The available requirements do not list Windows 11, and the sources do not establish official Windows 11 compatibility.

Konami’s July 8, 2016 announcement said PES 2017 would launch in Asia on September 15 for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox One. Konami promoted the game under its “Control Reality” theme and highlighted the Fox Engine, first touch, passing, and adaptive AI.
