Start each available Raider Remembrance from Raider’s Journal at Roundtable Hold. The quest’s three arena opponents are Onestrike Gladiator, Blinding Elder Lion, and White Horn. For the first fight, follow Iron Menial to the monument and then travel to the Tourney Between. Later objectives unlock through Journal progression; check the active entry rather than relying on a fixed chapter number, since sources differ on whether the final objective is Chapter 7 or Chapter 8.
Raider Remembrance objectives and rewards
| Objective | Journal entry | Opponent | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Remembrance | Chapter 2 | Onestrike Gladiator | Torn Braided Cord |
| Second Remembrance | Chapter 4 | Blinding Elder Lion | Raider’s Chalice |
| Final Remembrance | Chapter 7 or Chapter 8, depending on source | White Horn | Black Claw Necklace and Raider Remembrance Garb/skin |
The final chapter numbering is inconsistent between EIP Gaming’s walkthrough and Game8’s sequence. Use the objective currently shown in Raider’s Journal as your guide.

How to start Raider’s first Remembrance
- Open Raider’s Journal: At Roundtable Hold, select Raider’s Chapter 2 entry and choose “Start Remembrance.” This is the wording reported by EIP; labels may differ by game version or localization.
- Find Iron Menial: In the Realm of Remembrance, speak to Iron Menial beside the large stone pillar or monument at the western edge of the Hold. Exhaust his dialogue. Ironeye is nearby, but speaking with him is optional.
- Activate the monument and travel: Interact with the monument once to activate it, then interact again and choose travel to the battlegrounds. If the travel option is missing, speak with Iron Menial again; further dialogue may become available after the monument lights.
- Defeat Onestrike Gladiator: The Tourney Between encounter sets Raider to Level 5 and features one opponent, according to EIP Gaming. Keep an eye on stamina, maintain pressure with attacks and Retaliate, use Totem Stella when it is available, and heal as needed. These are tactical suggestions, not a guaranteed way to win.
- Return and claim the reward: After the fight, speak with Iron Menial; talking to Ironeye is optional. Use the Remembrance Gateway to return to the present. EIP reports that the Torn Braided Cord is awarded on return.
What the Torn Braided Cord does
The Torn Braided Cord provides Strength +3 and has a Raider-specific effect that improves attack power and stamina when Raider takes damage while using Retaliate. Its effect supports Retaliate’s damage-trading playstyle; see EIP Gaming’s reward details.
How to complete the second Remembrance
When Raider’s Journal reaches Chapter 4, start the available Remembrance from that entry. The reported sequence is to speak with Iron Menial, interact with the monument, travel to the Tourney Between, and defeat Blinding Elder Lion. Game8 also reports an Iron Menial’s Scrawl item during setup; the listed quest reward is Raider’s Chalice, also named in EIP’s chapter summary. The available walkthrough details do not establish a complete return route for this objective, so follow the Journal’s prompts after the fight rather than relying on an assumed sequence.

How to unlock the final Remembrance
Continue Raider expeditions and check the Journal for the next available objective. The final opponent is White Horn. Sources place this objective under Chapter 7 or Chapter 8, and list Black Claw Necklace and Raider Remembrance Garb/skin as rewards. Because the chapter label conflicts and detailed route information is not established, select the current final objective in the Journal and follow its prompts.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why Raider’s next Journal chapter may not appear
Nightfarer Remembrances are tied to Journal progression and Memory Fragments. Bandai Namco’s official starter guide explains that rare Memory Fragments are needed to access further Remembrances. EIP says fragments can be earned through Expeditions, including after defeating a Nightlord at the end of Night 3, and may also be obtained randomly. Game8 describes Raider’s progression through expeditions and Nightlord defeats. Since fragment availability can vary, continue playing Raider and check the Journal after each expedition if the next entry has not appeared.

The official guide also says choosing “Begin Remembrance” in the current Nightfarer’s latest Journal entry enters the Realm of Remembrance. In online multiplayer, personal objectives are not guaranteed to appear in an expedition even when their conditions are met, so an absent in-run prompt does not necessarily mean the Journal objective is unavailable.
