Deal update: Amazon sold the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro wireless gaming headset for $89.99 shipped on March 11, 2026. That promotion is now marked expired, so the headset is not currently confirmed at $90. The deal was notable because 9to5Toys identified it as the lowest price it had tracked at the time—$10 below the previous tracked low.
The BlackShark V2 Pro’s $89.99 Amazon price was a strong buy for gamers wanting low-latency wireless audio, Bluetooth, and long battery life. However, readers should treat the offer as a historical deal rather than a live discount. 9to5Toys now marks the deal as expired.
Deal details
- Headset: Razer BlackShark V2 Pro wireless gaming headset
- Retailer: Amazon
- Reported price: $89.99 shipped
- Deal date: March 11, 2026
- Colors: Black and white were reported available
- Status: Expired
The exact price was $89.99, commonly rounded to $90. According to 9to5Toys, it was $10 below the previous tracked low and approximately 55% below the headset’s roughly $200 launch price. That should be read as a price-tracker claim for this promotion—not a guaranteed all-time low across every color, platform version, region, or refurbished listing.
Which BlackShark V2 Pro is this?
The deal appears to concern the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), not necessarily every product listed under the similar BlackShark V2 Pro name. Razer’s official manual identifies the newer model with Bluetooth 5.2, a claimed 70-hour battery, and an approximate weight of 320 grams.

Retail listings can mix together the 2020-era headset, the 2023 model, console-specific versions, and renewed or marketplace inventory. Before ordering, check:
- The generation and model number
- Whether the listing is for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or another platform
- Whether the item is new, renewed, or refurbished
- The seller, fulfillment method, warranty, and return policy
- Which wireless dongle is included
What the 2023 model offers
According to Razer’s official manual, the headset includes:
- 2.4GHz wireless connectivity through a USB Type-A dongle
- Bluetooth 5.2 with AAC and SBC codecs
- Up to 70 hours of battery life
- 50mm dynamic drivers
- 320-gram approximate weight
- 12Hz–28kHz headphone frequency response
- 100Hz–10kHz microphone frequency response
- On-earcup volume and microphone-mute controls
- A Razer SmartSwitch button and audio-profile switching
- THX Spatial Audio support on Windows 10 64-bit or newer
Razer’s product page also highlights its HyperClear Super Wideband microphone, TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers, and HyperSpeed wireless technology. Those are product features and marketing names, not independent proof that the headset has the best microphone or sound quality in its class.
The “up to 70 hours” figure is a manufacturer estimate. Runtime can vary with volume, connection mode, and usage, so it should not be treated as a guaranteed result in every setup.

Check the platform version before buying
The headset is sold in different configurations. Razer’s current product page presents a PC model and lists a PlayStation configuration separately, while retailer listings identify PC, PlayStation, Switch, Xbox, Mac, and Bluetooth combinations. Compatibility is not necessarily identical across those SKUs.
- PC: Confirm the USB dongle and operating-system support. THX Spatial Audio is documented for Windows 10 64-bit or newer.
- PlayStation: Select a listing that explicitly identifies PlayStation compatibility.
- Xbox: Do not assume a PC or PlayStation version will work with Xbox. Choose the Xbox-compatible model.
- Nintendo Switch and Mac: Check whether the intended connection is through the dongle or Bluetooth and whether the desired software features are supported.
For comparison, Best Buy’s PC/PlayStation/Switch listing is distinct from its legacy multi-platform listing. The latter is a reminder that similar product names can refer to different generations or bundles.

At $89.99
Yes, for the right buyer. At the historical $90 price, the combination of 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, a claimed 70-hour battery, a removable microphone, and gaming-focused audio features made it an unusually strong value—provided the platform SKU and product condition were correct.
At around $129.99
The value proposition is more ordinary. Razer’s product page and a Walmart listing were indexed around $129.99, but prices and availability can change. At that price, the headset remains reasonable for someone who specifically wants its long battery life and dual-wireless connectivity, but it is no longer the exceptional deal represented by $89.99. Check Razer’s current listing and Walmart’s listing before purchasing.

- PLAY ACROSS PLATFORMS — Simultaneous 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth audio plus USB and 3.5 mm wired modes support PC, console, and mobile gaming
Above $129.99
Compare newer wireless headsets before committing, especially if you want active noise cancellation, stronger music-listening features, or broad software support outside Windows. Buyers who dislike depending on Razer Synapse for configuration and profile features should also be cautious.
Who should wait for another $90 sale?
- PC gamers who want both low-latency 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth
- Players who prioritize battery life over active noise cancellation
- Competitive gamers interested in a removable microphone and audio-profile controls
- Console buyers who can verify the correct platform-specific version
- Anyone comfortable waiting for a deal rather than paying the later $129.99 price
At $90, the headset is worth serious consideration. At $130 or more, the purchase should be based on its specific feature mix rather than the old “new low” headline.
Bottom line
Razer’s BlackShark V2 Pro did reach $89.99 at Amazon on March 11, 2026, and 9to5Toys reported it as a new tracked low. That deal has expired. If the 2023 model returns to roughly $90, it is a strong option for PC and compatible-console users who want long battery life plus 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connectivity. Verify the generation, platform SKU, seller, and condition before ordering.
