Razer expanded its officially licensed Pokémon PC-peripherals collection beyond Asia on July 17, 2025, naming the United States, Latin America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand among the new markets. The four-item lineup features Pikachu and Kanto’s first-partner Pokémon—Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. “Globally” means a rollout across selected regions, not confirmed availability in every country.
Four themed peripherals, built around familiar Razer product lines
This was a collection of PC accessories, not a Pokémon game, console or new hardware platform. Razer’s collaboration with The Pokémon Company International brought character-themed editions of four existing product families to the lineup. The products and their practical distinctions are:

The collection features all four Pokémon as a whole; that does not mean every item displays every character in the same way. Razer specifically associates the mouse mat with the Kanto first partners.

Razer said the collection had been available in Asia before its July 17, 2025 expansion to the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The company directs buyers to its Pokémon collection page, Razer.com, RazerStores and select retail partners. The announcement names regions and selected countries; it does not establish that every product is sold in every country. Stock, shipping, taxes, currency and keyboard layouts can vary, so check the local product listing rather than assuming availability from the announcement.

One dated U.S. price reference is available: Razer listed the Pokémon BlackWidow V4 X at $169.99, while the standard BlackWidow V4 X appeared at $129.99 in the U.S. store during the same research period—about a $40 difference before any promotions. These are store listings, not permanent prices or a guarantee of today’s stock. Razer’s standard Cobra was listed at $39.99, but that is not the Pokémon edition’s price. Check the keyboard product page and collection page for current regional pricing; do not treat a standard model’s price as the themed version’s price.
Is this new gaming hardware?
The launch is best understood as a licensed design refresh around established Razer product families. The announcement presents a themed BlackWidow V4 X, Cobra, Kraken V4 X and Gigantus V2 M; it does not establish a new Pokémon-specific hardware platform or special in-game functionality. The useful distinction is therefore less about new technology and more about whether the artwork and coordinated look are worth the price in your market.

- For Pokémon fans and collectors: Official licensing and a matching set may be the point of the purchase. Whether that justifies a premium is personal, and the available evidence does not establish that production is limited.
- For performance-first buyers: Compare the regular versions and their current prices. The launch information does not show that the themed editions outperform their standard counterparts.
- For wireless-focused setups: The listed Cobra and Kraken V4 X are wired, and the U.S. keyboard listing is a wired model. This lineup is not a wireless-peripheral set.
- For shared or quiet spaces: The U.S. keyboard listing’s Green switches are tactile and clicky, which may be distracting to others. Check for a suitable regional configuration rather than assuming all versions use the same switches.
- For mouse-mat buyers: The Gigantus V2 M is medium-sized. Players who make broad, low-sensitivity mouse movements may prefer a larger mat.
Before buying, verify the exact model, regional layout, connection type, price and stock on the seller’s current listing. Razer’s launch description is not a substitute for checking compatibility or comparing independent sound and performance tests.

Not the same as Razer’s 2026 Pokémon collections
Search results can mix this 2025 Kanto collection with later launches. Razer announced a separate Espeon and Umbreon collection on July 6, 2026, and a Pikachu and Eevee collection on July 15, 2026. Those are distinct releases; the international expansion covered here is the 2025 lineup featuring Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle.
