What does Geek Power Tuning do?
Realme describes Geek Power Tuning as a way to adjust CPU and GPU performance behavior. It is better understood as performance tuning than as unrestricted manual overclocking: the available controls can depend on the game, software build, region, or device version. Increasing performance can raise heat and battery consumption, and may lead to thermal throttling. Changing frequency behavior does not guarantee higher sustained frame rates; a game’s own limits and the phone’s temperature still matter.
How is the phone cooled?

The 120Hz display is a panel refresh-rate limit, not a promise that every game renders at 120 frames per second. Actual frame rate depends on game support, regional game versions, graphics settings, software optimization, and thermal conditions. A buyer focused on a particular title should check whether their local version exposes the desired frame-rate option.
Which display features matter for gaming?
Realme’s India specifications list a 6.78-inch, 2780 × 1264 display with a refresh rate up to 120Hz, 10-bit color, and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. How do RAM and storage affect games?
The GT 6 uses LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. Realme’s India listing offers 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage; global configurations can reach 16GB and 512GB, but options vary by market. Faster storage can help with loading apps and games, while additional RAM is useful for multitasking. Neither specification automatically raises a game’s frame rate, and storage capacity is worth considering because games and updates can be large. Check the local Realme listing for the configuration actually sold in your market.

What do the battery and charging features mean for gaming?
The India specifications list a 5,500mAh typical-capacity battery and 120W SUPERVOOC wired charging. Realme’s global page claims a 10-minute charge can reach 50% and that the battery retains more than 80% health after 1,600 full-charge cycles. Fast charging can make a short top-up convenient between sessions, but charging while gaming can add heat. Battery life during play will also depend on display brightness, mobile signal, refresh rate, game settings, and performance mode; the cited launch materials do not establish a universal gaming-runtime figure.

It is more accurately described as a general-purpose performance phone with gaming-focused features. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, large cooling system, high-refresh display, tuning controls, UFS 4.0 storage, and fast charging make it gaming-capable on paper. But Realme did not present it as a dedicated gaming handset with physical shoulder triggers or a separate gaming hardware ecosystem, and its chipset is distinct from the higher-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
