The confirmed international configuration pairs an Intel Core i9-14900HX with an RTX 4060 and a 16-inch 240Hz display. Its announced U.S. launch price was $1,699; that is a historical price, not confirmation of what the laptop costs or whether it is in stock today.
What REDMAGIC announced
Known primarily for gaming phones, REDMAGIC positioned the Titan 16 Pro as its first gaming laptop and announced sales beyond China in the United States, Mexico and Europe. “International” referred to those named markets, not a promise of simultaneous availability worldwide. The launch was scheduled for August 29, 2024. Launch announcement coverage and REDMAGIC’s product-history page describe the expansion.
Launch price and availability by market
| Market | Announcement or price | Availability note |
|---|---|---|
| United States | $1,699 for the Eclipse model at launch | Current U.S. stock and pricing are not established by the available listing information. |

| Europe | €1,759 on the current official product listing | The official listing is marked out of stock and offers a notification option. |
The U.S. price is from the original 2024 announcement; Mexico’s figure appeared on REDMAGIC’s Mexico launch page. The European store listing currently shows €1,759 and out-of-stock status. These are not directly comparable price quotes: they refer to different markets and dates, and the sources do not establish tax, shipping, or warranty treatment across regions.
During the U.S. early-access period, August 22–29, 2024, buyers could make a $99 down payment, subject to daily availability. REDMAGIC also announced a gaming-accessories bundle valued by the company at $200 for qualifying early buyers. The announcement did not establish prices for every color or possible configuration.

What the display and GPU combination means for gaming
A 240Hz refresh rate can make motion appear smoother and reduce the time between displayed frames, which is most relevant in competitive games where a system can produce very high frame rates. It does not guarantee that a game will run at 240 frames per second. Results depend on the game, graphics settings, power limits and cooling.
The 2560×1600 panel has substantially more pixels than a 1080p display, so demanding games place a heavier rendering load on the RTX 4060 at native resolution. Players may need to adjust detail settings or use supported upscaling features to balance image quality and frame rate. REDMAGIC lists the GPU at up to 140W, but a maximum power specification alone does not establish sustained performance or noise under gaming loads.

Configuration details that need care
The listed global GPU is RTX 4060
The official international product page identifies an RTX 4060 configuration. Launch coverage mentioned a possible RTX 4070 and 16GB configurations, but that does not confirm a globally sold RTX 4070 model. Check the listing for the specific country and SKU rather than assuming the options are identical. The launch coverage and official product page differ in how broadly they describe configurations.
REDMAGIC’s processor naming is inconsistent
Some REDMAGIC marketing material calls the processor an i9-14900H, while its dedicated product page identifies the i9-14900HX. The product page and a post-launch specification summary support the HX designation used here; the inconsistent H label is a reason to verify the exact model on a regional listing.

Who the Titan 16 Pro may suit
- Competitive players: The 240Hz display is a notable feature if the games you play can take advantage of high frame rates.
- Buyers who value connectivity: Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, Ethernet and an SD UHS-II reader cover several common desk, network and media-card needs.
- Players and creators seeking a high-end CPU: The i9-14900HX is a high-power processor on paper, but sustained performance, fan noise and heat require independent testing to judge.
- Travelers who can accept a substantial machine: At about 2.4kg before accounting for the charger, it is portable between locations but not an ultraportable laptop.
What to weigh before buying
- Memory: The reported 16GB configuration may be enough for many games, but can be less comfortable for heavier multitasking or creation work. Do not assume an easy upgrade without checking the exact SKU and service information.
- Battery expectations: An 80Wh capacity does not establish runtime. Screen refresh rate, brightness, GPU mode and workload all affect endurance.
- Cooling and power: The advertised 195W cooling figure is not a substitute for independent sustained-load testing. A high-power CPU and GPU make thermals and fan noise important questions.
- Regional support: Before ordering, confirm warranty coverage, returns, repair logistics, spare-parts access, keyboard layout, charger plug and included power adapter in your market. The launch announcement did not settle those details for every region.
- Current stock: The European official page is out of stock; available evidence does not establish current U.S. inventory. Verify the relevant regional store before making a purchase decision.
