Use Left 10 → Right 80 → Left 30 on difficulties other than Insanity; on Insanity, use Right 20 → Left 50 → Right 30. The safe contains three Antique Coins.
Where to find the Bar & Lounge safe
Go to the Bar & Lounge in the Rhodes Hill Care Center and look behind the bar for the safe. The room has enemies, including a singing zombie, so deal with any immediate threat before working the dial if necessary. Insider Gaming’s guide identifies the safe’s location and room context.
Safe combinations by difficulty
| Difficulty | Combination |
|---|---|
| All difficulties except Insanity | Left 10 → Right 80 → Left 30 |
| Insanity | Right 20 → Left 50 → Right 30 |
Turn the dial in the listed direction and stop at each number in order. The combination changes on Insanity, so do not use the standard sequence on that difficulty. Evil Resource’s transcription of the in-game file gives both combinations.
How to find the in-game clue
If you want to locate the code yourself, go to the Care Center’s second-floor Office. The file titled “Bar & Lounge Safe Code” is on the rightmost desk on the west side of the room.
