Redeem a Roblox gift card at Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser while signed in to the account that should receive the value. If Roblox reports an error, carefully check the code’s lookalike characters. If the code says it was already redeemed or the problem continues, check your other accounts and contact Roblox Support with the card and purchase details.
Redeem through the supported route
Open Roblox.com/redeem in a browser and sign in to the Roblox account where you want the card value applied. Roblox says standard mobile apps and consoles do not support gift card redemption; Samsung Galaxy users are the documented in-app exception. See Roblox’s gift card redemption instructions.
Why am I receiving an error when I enter my code?
Check the code for characters that can be mistaken for one another. Roblox recommends trying these substitutions only where a character is ambiguous:
- 0 and O
- 1 and I
- 2 and Z
- 5 and S
- 6 and G or Q
- 8 and B
Re-enter the code carefully at the browser redemption page. Avoid repeatedly guessing characters that are clearly printed; use the card and receipt when asking Support for help.

If the code says it was already redeemed
Retail gift card value is credited to the account signed in when the code is redeemed. Check the balance and history on other Roblox accounts you use, in case the card was redeemed while logged into a different one. Roblox explains this in its gift card credit guidance.
If the card is intact and sealed but is marked as already redeemed, contact Roblox Support and provide the purchase receipt and card information. Do not share the PIN publicly.

Check whether the value is Roblox Credit or Robux
If redemption appeared to succeed but you cannot see the expected value, use a browser to check the Gift Card redemption page or Billing Settings. Card type matters: Roblox says Amazon Gift Cards and Party Pack cards redeem for Robux only, not Roblox Credit. The Roblox Credit balance instructions explain where to check credit in a browser.

If the correct route, account, and code entry do not resolve the error, submit a request through Roblox Support. Include as many of these details as apply:

- Your Roblox username
- Purchase date and amount
- Retailer name and city, plus your country of residence
- The card PIN and serial number
- A copy or clear image of the receipt
- Images of the card, including its identifying details
- A screenshot of the error message, if one appears
Roblox’s support instructions list the information it may need to investigate an error. Keep the original card and receipt until the issue is resolved.

If the card came from a reseller or an unfamiliar marketplace, check whether the seller was authorized. Roblox’s U.S. terms state that cards obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers will not be honored: Roblox Terms of Use. If the purchase itself may be the problem, retain proof of purchase and contact the retailer as well as Roblox Support.
