Roblox arrived on Samsung’s Galaxy Store in October 2025, and SamMobile reported that the Galaxy Store version could provide up to 25% more Robux on qualifying purchases. That does not necessarily mean a 25% discount, free Robux, or a deal that is still active today. As of September 2026, the available Galaxy Store listing confirms that a Samsung-specific Roblox app exists, but does not independently confirm that the promotion remains available.
If you already own a compatible Samsung Galaxy device, open the Galaxy Store version of Roblox and check the Robux purchase screen before paying. Only proceed if the enhanced Robux amount or promotional wording is clearly shown for your account, country, and chosen package.
What actually launched
This was not a new Roblox game or a Samsung-exclusive Roblox experience. It was a separate distribution of the Roblox mobile app through Samsung’s Galaxy Store.
The relevant listing is on Samsung’s official store and uses the package identifier com.roblox.client.samsunggalaxy: Roblox on Galaxy Store.
#1 Best Overall
- Redemption: Online only. Robux cards can only be redeemed in a browser at Roblox.com/redeem. They cannot be redeemed in the Roblox mobile app or any video game console.
- Roblox is an immersive platform for connection and communication. Every day, millions of people come to Roblox to create, play, work, learn, and connect with each other in experiences built by our global community of creators.
- Get more with every Roblox Gift Card! From now on, when you redeem a Roblox gift card, you get up to 25% more Robux. Perfect for gaming, creating, and exploring- more Robux means more possibilities!
- Deck out your avatar and unlock additional perks in your favorite experiences when you use Roblox Gift Cards to purchase Robux (Roblox's virtual currency).
- Each gift card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
That creates three important distinctions:
- Google Play Roblox: the regular Android installation downloaded through Google Play.
- Galaxy Store Roblox: the Samsung-specific installation distributed through Galaxy Store.
- Roblox on a Samsung device: the hardware alone does not establish eligibility. The installation source and the live promotion terms matter.
According to SamMobile’s October 2025 report, the reported Robux benefit was tied to the Galaxy Store version and purchases made through that version—not automatically to every Roblox installation running on a Galaxy phone or tablet.
What “up to 25% more Robux” means
“Up to 25% more” describes a possible currency bonus, not necessarily a cash discount. You might pay the same displayed price and receive a larger Robux amount. The report does not establish that every package received the maximum bonus.
The available information also does not establish:
- which Robux packages qualified;
- whether the percentage varied by package tier;
- whether subscriptions, Premium purchases, or gift cards were included;
- how taxes or regional pricing affected the transaction;
- which countries, currencies, accounts, ages, or devices were eligible; or
- how long the promotion was intended to run.
For that reason, do not describe the offer as “25% off Robux,” and do not calculate a package’s bonus from the headline alone. The quantity shown immediately before checkout is the amount that matters.
Does installing Roblox grant free Robux?
No. The available report describes extra Robux connected to qualifying purchases. It does not support the idea that downloading the app alone grants free currency.

- This is a digital gift card that can only be redeemed for Robux at Roblox.com/redeem. It cannot be redeemed in the Roblox mobile app or any video game console. Please allow up to 5 minutes for your balance to be updated after redeeming.
- Roblox Gift Cards can be redeemed worldwide, perfect for gifting to Roblox fans anywhere in the world.
- From now on, when you redeem a Roblox Gift Card, you get up to 25% more Robux. Perfect for gaming, creating, and exploring- more Robux means more possibilities!
- Every Roblox Gift Card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
Keep the distinction clear:
- Downloading the app may be free.
- A qualifying purchase may include additional Robux if the promotion is active.
- The amount and terms must be visible in the Galaxy Store version’s purchase flow.
How to check whether you qualify
- Open Samsung’s official Galaxy Store Roblox listing on a compatible Samsung Galaxy device.
- Confirm that you are installing the Samsung/Galaxy Store version rather than opening the Google Play version.
- Sign in with your existing Roblox account. Do not create a new account just to try the offer.
- Open Roblox’s Robux purchase screen.
- Compare the quantity shown with the standard quantity you would normally receive.
- Check for promotional text, an increased quantity, or other offer details before authorizing payment.
- Do not purchase if the bonus is not visibly shown for your selected package.
The listing’s existence proves that the app is distributed through Galaxy Store; it does not, by itself, prove that every user or purchase qualifies for the historical bonus.
What existing Google Play users need to know
SamMobile reported that users with the Google Play version would need to install Roblox through Galaxy Store to receive the reported benefit. Simply owning a Samsung phone while continuing to buy Robux through the Google Play installation was not reported as sufficient.
Before changing installations:
- Make sure you know your Roblox username and login details.
- Confirm that the same account is used after installing the Galaxy Store version.
- Do not uninstall the Google Play version automatically. First check whether Android permits the Galaxy Store version to be installed alongside or over the existing installation.
- Verify the account and promotional quantity before making a purchase.
Roblox account data and app data can behave differently when installations are replaced. The safest practical check is to sign in to the same Roblox account and verify the balance after any transaction.
Will the Robux appear on the same account?
The supplied sources do not independently document Roblox’s account-balance behavior for this particular storefront arrangement, so a universal guarantee would be too strong.

Use the same Roblox account, carefully verify the username before buying, and check the resulting balance in Roblox. If a transaction is pending or the balance is not immediately correct, do not make a second purchase simply to compensate.
What to do if the bonus does not appear
These are prudent troubleshooting steps, not quoted promotion terms:
- Confirm that the app came from Galaxy Store, not Google Play.
- Return to the purchase screen and check whether the promotional quantity is shown before payment.
- Verify that the correct Roblox account is signed in.
- Update Galaxy Store and Roblox, then reopen the app.
- Check Samsung account, payment, currency, and regional settings.
- If the payment is pending, wait for the transaction status to resolve rather than buying again.
- Save the receipt and transaction ID.
- Contact Roblox support for missing Robux or account-credit issues, and Samsung/Galaxy Store support for storefront or billing problems handled by Samsung.
Do not assume that a charge completed by one system will be automatically corrected by the other. Keep the transaction record so the relevant support team can trace it.
Is Galaxy Store actually cheaper?
Not necessarily. The reported benefit is more Robux, not a confirmed reduction in the cash price. A larger bundle at the same price can improve the effective cost per Robux, but the result depends on the package, taxes, currency conversion, and any regional pricing.

Compare these four things at checkout:
- the total cash price;
- the Robux quantity;
- the effective price per Robux; and
- whether the purchase is one-time or recurring.
Without current package prices for your country, there is no reliable package-by-package calculation to publish. Do not treat the historical maximum as a guaranteed value for every tier.
Galaxy Store versus gift cards
The available evidence does not establish that the Galaxy Store route is better than Roblox gift cards. A gift card may be preferable if you want to avoid direct in-app billing, use parental-control rules, or give account credit. The Galaxy Store route may be more attractive if the bonus is visibly active and you already use a Samsung Galaxy device.
Before choosing, consider:
- regional restrictions on the gift card;
- whether you want account credit or direct Robux;
- parental and payment controls;
- any promotional virtual item included with a gift card; and
- whether the Galaxy Store bonus applies to the package you actually want.
There is no basis in the supplied research for claiming that one option is universally cheaper.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Who should switch—and who should not
Switching may make sense if:
- you already own a compatible Samsung Galaxy phone or tablet;
- the Galaxy Store checkout visibly shows extra Robux;
- you buy Robux regularly;
- the offer works in your country and currency; and
- you are comfortable using Samsung’s billing route.
It may not be worthwhile if:
- the bonus is not displayed;
- you use an iPhone, non-Samsung Android device, PC, console, or browser;
- you buy Robux only rarely;
- the Galaxy Store version is unavailable in your region; or
- the bonus applies only to packages you do not want.
Buying a Samsung phone or tablet solely to obtain a possible Robux bonus is difficult to justify. The hardware cost would generally overwhelm the value of an in-game currency promotion, and the current offer has not been independently confirmed.

Why Samsung would promote Roblox through Galaxy Store
SamMobile placed the Roblox launch alongside Samsung’s broader Galaxy Store partnerships with major games, including Fortnite. It also noted an earlier Roblox digital gift card and exclusive avatar item connected with a Galaxy Tab S11/S11 Ultra promotion.
Those examples suggest that Samsung uses game-related bonuses and exclusives to encourage Galaxy Store adoption and distinguish it from Google Play. That is an inference from the surrounding promotions, not a stated explanation from Samsung in the supplied material.
Promotion status and limitations
The “up to 25% more Robux” claim comes from coverage published October 15–16, 2025. The official Galaxy Store page currently confirms the Samsung-specific Roblox listing, but its accessible web version requires JavaScript and does not expose readable promotion terms. The available evidence therefore does not prove that the bonus remains active in September 2026.
The offer may have been limited by country, currency, device, account, purchase type, or date. Roblox and Samsung can also change app, billing, and promotion behavior through updates. Treat the bonus as available only when the live Galaxy Store version shows it for your account before payment.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Roblox’s Galaxy Store launch was reported to include up to 25% more Robux on qualifying purchases, but the promotion’s current status and detailed terms are not verified. If you already have a Samsung Galaxy device, install the official Galaxy Store version, sign in to the same Roblox account, and buy only when the increased Robux amount is clearly displayed at checkout.
