The choice in Inez’s “Better Than Nature” quest is best made around your party’s needs: the available guides describe different roles, but do not provide controlled damage or healing comparisons that establish one graft as universally stronger.
What each graft does

Which graft should you choose?
Choose the Crabble Claw for offense
The Crabble option is the straightforward pick if you want Inez to contribute more offensively. Its attack is described as armor-piercing, though the guides do not provide a measured damage comparison against the Raptidon graft or specify how performance changes by build or difficulty.
Choose the Raptidon Fin for support
If your party needs healing, the Raptidon is the more natural fit because its reported benefits include healing and stealth. PC Gamer’s author also says they personally preferred this skill because healing is comparatively rare among companion skills. That is an editorial preference, not evidence of a measured advantage for every party.
How the graft choice works in “Better Than Nature”
Inez’s companion quest sends you to Ethel Tinsley for treatment. To obtain a graft, bring her a viable organ from either a large Crabble on the southwest coast or the Raptidon Matriarch in a northern cave near the Vox Relay. The guides report that you can bring back both trophies, but Ethel performs only one graft.
