There are two ways to collect omamori in SILENT HILL f: find fixed charms in the world, or spend Faith on randomized draws at Hokora shrines. The hidden pickups include story-gated and New Game Plus items; shrine draws provide a separate set of 23 charms. This guide lists their locations, effects, and the costs and completion goals to keep in mind.
Spoiler note: The location walkthrough names later areas and story progression points. Omamori are in-game items, not physical charms.

How omamori collection works
Omamori are passive bonuses that you equip to affect combat, movement, survival, or stealth. You can find fixed charms in specific locations or draw randomized charms at Hokora shrines by spending Faith. Ema and Faith can also be used to upgrade omamori capacity through Abilities.
The two acquisition routes have separate completion objectives: Omamori Sage tracks hidden omamori, while Omamori Collector is for collecting all 23 shrine omamori. The hidden-item count depends on what is included: some guides count 17 hidden items by including the Blessed Hand Mirror, while others count 16 and treat the mirror separately. The mirror is not required for the hidden-item achievement.

Where are all the hidden omamori in Silent Hill f?
First-run hidden omamori
- Whale: In the early Ebisugaoka escape house, find the back-door key upstairs and leave through the back door. Climb down the ladder and look near the wall. Whale prevents normal attacks from interrupting restorative-item use.
- Cat: In the Shrine Path vault puzzle, flip the orange cat ema on a blue background on the western or southwestern ema boards. Cat reduces damage taken while dodging.
- Pine: At Doctor’s House, on the route to Rinko’s, enter using the rear ladder. Find the drawer key downstairs, unlock the upstairs drawer to get a note, then search the dresser in the newly accessible room. Pine increases maximum Health.
- Spider: Take the Key to Sakuko’s Mailbox from the northern farm shrine, then backtrack to Sakuko’s house and open the mailbox. Spider reduces durability loss from light attacks.
- Hawk: In Dark Shrine Corridors, check the chest near the window in the room where enemies emerge. Hawk speeds Focus charging.
- Blessed Hand Mirror: In the room just beyond the Sacred Door, near a Hokora and supplies. It breaks after preventing a fatal hit and restoring Health, Sanity, and Stamina. More may appear later, but one is enough for tracking.
- Wolf: At Ebisugaoka Middle School, open Tsuchiya Taiko’s locker with code 377. Wolf adds damage when using high-durability weapons.
- Bull: In the Worship Hall’s eastern section, solve the light and statue puzzle to get a key. Return to the locker room and enter the newly opened rear room. Bull reduces Stamina use for heavy or charged attacks.
- Horse: On the mountain path toward Shu’s house, go past the lake and cross a wooden bridge. Look for a small shrine off the trail. Horse reduces sprint Stamina use during fights.
- Crow: In the Dark Shrine Main Hall, enter the western room opened with the Fox Arm. Crow restores a little Health after defeating an enemy.
- Suzuran: On the mountain path or descent back toward town, find the breakable crate behind a small house near a blocked path. Suzuran makes Perfect Dodges easier.
- Hound: In Dark Shrine Treasure Hall, enter the corridor and check the first room on the right. Hound restores a little of your current maximum Sanity after defeating enemies.
New Game Plus hidden omamori
These four named hidden charms are confirmed as New Game Plus finds:
- Shrew Mole: At Shrine Path, cross the bridge and look behind the large tree in the southeast. Open the shoe box or Inari-sama container. Dodging costs no Stamina when you are near death.
- Rabbit: Outside Ebisugaoka Middle School, enter the southwestern classroom through the open school-yard window and check the Inari-sama box or shoe box. After a Perfect Dodge, a Heavy Attack triggers a powerful counter that costs Stamina.
- Swallow: In Worship Hall, enter the newly accessible room behind the Inari-sama door on the west or southwest side. Counters without Focus build damage up to five times; being hit resets the stack.
- Goat: In the Ebisugaoka Part 4 mountain refuge, check the bench or just inside the open hut. Goat reduces damage when facing multiple enemies.
One additional hidden New Game Plus omamori has been described as unverified by the location guide; its identity and location are not established here.

Where can I buy omamori?
Hokora shrines do not sell a chosen charm from a fixed shop inventory: they offer randomized draws paid for with Faith. Each draw costs more than the last, so you cannot select a specific omamori on demand. Fixed hidden pickups do not require a Faith purchase.
How much Faith do shrine omamori cost?
The starting price varies by action difficulty or source: guides report 300 or 400 Faith. The cost rises by 100 Faith per draw until it reaches a 1,000-Faith cap. Estimates for obtaining the full shrine collection are around 20,200 Faith or more than 20,000, rather than a guaranteed total; random draw order and the starting price affect what you spend.

Several pickups are gated by story progress or access conditions. Cat depends on solving the Shrine Path vault puzzle; Spider requires the mailbox key and a return trip; Wolf is in a code-locked school locker; Bull becomes accessible after the light puzzle. Other charms are found in later areas, and four listed hidden finds require New Game Plus. Check the route and objective you are following before leaving an area if you want to avoid backtracking.
