In Soulframe, Pacts are changeable equipment worn on the Envoy’s Fey-touched right arm—not permanent character classes. They shape how you play through cooldown-based Arcanics, Pact-specific passive abilities, and an aligned Virtue bonus. The mechanics and available Pact count below are reported by community-maintained wikis, so check the current in-game details for your build.
What are Pacts in Soulframe?
The Soulframe Italia community wiki describes Pacts as “swappable pieces of equipment worn upon the Envoy’s Fey-touched right arm.” It says players may claim a starter Pact during Rise, Envoy, are not locked into that choice, and can eventually collect all Pacts. The wiki calls them the closest equivalent Soulframe has to gameplay classes, but a Pact is equipment you can change rather than a fixed class selection. Soulframe Italia’s Pacts page
What does a Pact change?
According to the same community-wiki reference, each Pact provides three cooldown-based Arcanics, Pact-specific passive abilities in Pact Arts, and a permanent Virtue investment that remains active while the Pact is equipped. Its Arcanics scale from associated Virtues, tying their effectiveness to the character’s Virtue development.
The number three refers to the Arcanics described for a Pact; the page also identifies passive abilities and a Virtue bonus as separate parts of its kit. A specific example is Orengall: its English wiki entry names Werewalker, Packhunter, and Howl. Those names illustrate that Pact’s listed skills, not a template that establishes the abilities of every Pact. Orengall’s English wiki entry

How Pacts are obtained and progressed
The Soulframe Italia page says Pacts are primarily obtained by crafting, can be leveled from Rank 0 to 30, and consume Storage Capacity. The French community wiki also describes Pact-specific active skills, passive bonuses, and a progression tree, with progression toward level 30; its page says it was last updated on 2026-04-27. These are community-wiki descriptions rather than developer-verified mechanics, and the French page’s stated update date is a reason to confirm details in the live game. How many Pacts are there?
The answer depends on which community-wiki page and category you consult. The English wiki homepage lists 11 Pacts; Soulframe Italia names nine in its Normal Pacts list; and the French page separates Normal and Wyld Pacts while noting that its wiki is being updated for newer content. Those pages do not establish a definitive current playable total, so treat counts as page-specific rather than a timeless in-game number.
