That is a fan-meme framing, not an official Lucasfilm ranking, and the available reactions do not establish a consensus. GamesRadar’s reviewer calls Blas a top-tier example of the type—and describes a memorable encounter that explains why.
Who is the “Glup Shitto” in Galactic Racer?
The likely answer is Biddy Blas, a rival racer in Star Wars: Galactic Racer. GamesRadar’s review describes him as noisy, irritating and childish, then recounts a meeting where Blas offers protagonist Shade a powerful speeder part. The gift later causes Shade’s speeder to explode. The reviewer calls Blas a top-tier “Glup Shitto”—a comic fit for a character whose obnoxious introduction becomes hard to forget.
“Glup Shitto” is fan slang for an obscure or background Star Wars character whose appearance prompts delighted recognition. It is not an official character category, and the term’s boundaries are loose: fans may disagree about which familiar faces or deep-cut names qualify.
Why fans are using the phrase
The joke was already in circulation around the game’s story trailer. PC Gamer described its cast as “a whole bunch of other Glup Shittos,” while Reddit commenters echoed the phrase; one reacted, “GLUP SHITTO?!?!?” Those are examples of the meme landing with some viewers, not evidence that fans broadly agree on a single “best” character.

Blas is therefore not the origin of the phrase. He is a new candidate for the label, singled out by a reviewer for his distinctive behavior and the disastrous payoff to his offer.
What is Star Wars: Galactic Racer?
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a racing game centered on Shade, a racer navigating rivalries that include Kestar Bool, with mechanic Hibi and veteran racer Sebulba among the supporting cast. Lucasfilm’s launch coverage describes Campaign, Scenario and Arcade modes, and says players can earn or buy parts from Hibi.

The game launched worldwide on October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Lucasfilm Games vice president and general manager Douglas Reilly described the project as a new expression of racing in Star Wars, saying, “When a team with such amazing racing chops like Fuse proposed a new expression of racing in a galaxy far, far away, it was a true no brainer decision.”

Yes. Star Wars: Galactic Racer is available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC following its October 6, 2026 worldwide launch. The official site lists physical Standard and Deluxe editions for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; PC is a separate digital platform. Its Collector’s Edition includes the digital Deluxe content, a metal model of the Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder, Kestar’s banner, racing pilot patches, a printed 80-page art book and a steel case.
