Streamlabs Mobile and a YouTube playlist do different jobs. Streamlabs Mobile broadcasts a live camera or screen feed from your phone; a playlist organizes uploaded videos for viewers to choose and watch. Neither, by itself, guarantees an unattended YouTube channel that continuously plays video 24/7. If you want a live event, use mobile streaming. If you want an on-demand library, use a playlist. If you mean continuous programming around the clock, use a managed live-stream workflow rather than relying on playlist autoplay or one phone session.

Can a playlist run 24/7?
A playlist is a collection of videos viewers can make, share, and manage. Autoplay is a separate player behavior: when enabled, another related video starts after the current one ends. That does not make a playlist a live feed or guarantee a programmed sequence will run continuously for every viewer.
YouTube says autoplay may stop after 30 minutes of inactivity on mobile data or four hours on Wi-Fi. Viewer settings and behavior can vary by device. YouTube Autoplay help
Use a playlist when your goal is to let viewers browse a collection and play a video when they choose. Do not present it as a dependable channel-operated 24/7 broadcast.

Does Streamlabs Mobile keep a YouTube stream live?
Streamlabs Mobile can send a live camera or screen broadcast from an iOS or Android device to YouTube. It is useful when you want to go live from a phone, but the existence of a mobile stream does not establish that a single session can remain online indefinitely. Long-running broadcasts also have YouTube replay limitations, described below.
Check YouTube mobile eligibility before planning a broadcast
YouTube’s current mobile streaming help lists a minimum of 50 subscribers, channel verification, no live-stream restrictions during the previous 90 days, and activation that may take up to 24 hours. Channels under 1,000 subscribers may have mobile live audience limits, and archives may be set to private by default; account status and updates can affect these details. There is conflicting guidance: Streamlabs’ YouTube mobile article says its app route has no follower limitation, while YouTube’s own current requirements page lists a 50-subscriber minimum for mobile streaming. What changes on streams longer than 12 hours?
YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, while a stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. DVR rewind may also be limited or unavailable on streams longer than 12 hours. Do not assume a long mobile broadcast will produce a complete replay or allow viewers to rewind throughout.
