Switchboard identifies a live streaming encoder, destination accounts or channels, and a steady internet connection as setup requirements. YouTube eligibility is separate from Switchboard’s plan terms. YouTube says a channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days.
