- Choose Pale Court if you want authored bosses, exploration and lore.

How to install Hollow Knight mods safely
- Install Lumafly from its official project distribution and point it to your Hollow Knight installation.

A mod reports a missing dependency
Use Lumafly or Scarab’s dependency search, install the named requirement, and restart the game. Pale Court specifically needs FrogCore, Vasi and SFCore.
The game crashes after adding several mods
Disable the newest additions, switch to the manager’s vanilla toggle, and re-enable mods individually. This identifies whether the issue is a dependency, a version mismatch or an interaction between mods.
You want to return to an unmodified game
Use the manager’s disable controls or vanilla mode, then launch and test before restoring other mods. Keep the backed-up vanilla save separate from modded progress.
