If you’re stuck in The Room Three, reread the current in-game hint first, then check Fireproof Games’ official FAQ for a matching puzzle. Save a full walkthrough for last: it covers entire chapters and alternate endings and contains spoilers.
Start with the hint for your current objective
Before leaving the puzzle, revisit the current objective and open its hint again. Fireproof’s Google Play description says you can “Re-read hints to get the full picture.” A second look may clarify an earlier clue without revealing solutions to unrelated puzzles. Google Play: The Room Three
Re-examine the object and its nearby mechanisms
Look closely at the puzzle object and the mechanisms around it. The game’s store descriptions point to rotating, zooming in, and examining artifacts as intended ways to discover details; the Switch description also mentions an ornate eyepiece that reveals hidden details and miniature spaces. Press the button just before the ballerina reaches the path you want her to take. Fireproof says that once she takes that path, the button pops back up.
Window view after finishing a chapter
If you’re looking through a window and can’t move after completing a chapter, pinch the screen to zoom out. Fireproof says movement becomes available again.

Missing doorway or lift in the mansion?
This may be a progression bug rather than a puzzle you have missed. Fireproof’s FAQ documents a mansion setup issue in which a doorway or lift is missing after returning to the mansion. Its listed workaround is to pause and choose Restart Chapter.
Read the cost before using that option: Fireproof says mansion puzzle progress will be lost, although collected pyramids are kept and completed levels do not need to be repeated. The FAQ’s advice may not apply to every platform or current game version, so check your current save and the latest support guidance before restarting.
