The added armor also represents a substantial weight trade-off. More mass can affect braking, tire and suspension loads, fuel use, and mechanical wear, but the available report does not include vehicle tests from which to quantify those effects.
Can you play games while the truck is moving?
The truck can carry the equipment between locations; that is different from being a stable gaming room on the road. The report describes the interior ride as bumpy and says much of the equipment did not appear secured for gameplay during transit. It does not establish that in-motion gameplay was demonstrated as a comfortable or safe normal use.

An armored cabin does not automatically protect monitors, laptops, or peripherals from vibration and shock. Occupants and equipment also need appropriate restraints and secure mounting during travel; do not treat the showcase as advice to play in a moving vehicle.

In the account of the collaboration, ASUS supplied ROG gaming equipment and branding, while Hacksmith Industries developed the vehicle setup and installed the gear. That does not mean ASUS manufactured the truck. The report does not publish a complete bill of materials or an engineering design document, so the companies’ roles should not be expanded beyond the hardware contribution and conversion described there.

Is the armored ROG truck for sale?
No consumer listing or purchase route for the complete vehicle is identified in the available reporting. It is presented as a Hacksmith project and event platform, not a standard ASUS ROG product that readers can order. Recreating the concept would take far more than gaming hardware: it would require a suitable vehicle, specialist conversion and safety work, secure equipment mounting, and systems for power, cooling, and connectivity.
