Find the first one on Golden Road to activate the search; then revisit earlier areas and follow the checklist below. None is missable, and sightings carry into New Game Plus. Sightings 48 and 49 are in one late-game dungeon determined by your protagonist pair, so you do not need to search all three routes.
Before you start
- Find the Golden Road cactus first. It activates the collectible. Li’l Cactus may then appear in places you have already visited, so backtrack through earlier areas.
- You can finish the collection before the final boss. Locations are revisitable, and sightings and rewards carry into New Game Plus.
- Use the route that matches your protagonists. Sightings 48 and 49 are substitutions within the same 50-sighting count, not three dungeons you must clear.
All 50 Li’l Cactus locations
Directions below refer to the named area or its map. The numbered subarea is included where known; revisit locations as needed after finding the Golden Road cactus.
