In Volleyball Legends, Styles shape your player’s core stats and can add conditional mechanics; Abilities are separate special moves or effects. What do Styles and Abilities change?
Styles affect your player’s stats and playstyle
Styles influence core attributes such as serve power, block strength, set speed, jump height, and spike power. Some also have mechanics that apply only in particular situations, so a style’s usefulness depends on how you play—not just its rarity. A role reference describes Hidari as strengthening left-hand spike and serve contacts, while Jinko uses tilt inputs to curve attacks. These mechanics and availability are reported by community guides, so check the live game for changes.
Abilities are separate special moves or effects
Abilities are not another name for Styles. They are separately acquired and provide special moves or effects that are activated during a match. A third-party guide says charge comes mainly from ball contact or scoring with the last touch; passive charge is very slow. Plan around when you can build charge rather than assuming an Ability will be ready automatically.
How do I reroll a Style?
Style rerolls use spins. A guide updated October 3, 2026, reports that a normal Style spin costs 100 Yen. It says Yen can be earned through matches, leveling, and the AFK area. Roblox’s game listing says Premium players receive 10% more Yen; that is the listing’s stated benefit, not a guarantee about any particular match payout.
Lucky Style spins are a separate resource. The same guide lists codes, the Season Pass, Robux, and gifts as sources; seasonal rewards mentioned by older guides should not be assumed to be available now.

- Choose a target before spending. Identify your position and the stat or mechanic that would help your game. Check the current roster and banner in game; do not spend just because a style is rare.
- Compare the mechanic with your play. For example, Hidari’s reported benefit depends on making contact with the left hand. Jinko’s reported curve mechanic uses directional tilt inputs, so it is relevant only if you want to use that control style.
- Check the spin type and current odds. Confirm whether you are using a normal or Lucky spin and read the in-game odds and any displayed pity information before confirming. Community odds tables are not an official odds guarantee.
- Spend only if the possible outcomes make sense for your target. A spin can produce something other than the style you want. If you would not keep likely alternatives, save the resource rather than treating every spin as progress.
How do Abilities work, and how do I reroll them?
Abilities use their own spin system, separate from Style spins. The available guide describes Abilities as match-activated moves or effects, but current ability-specific mechanics and exact odds are not established in an official odds table cited here. Use the in-game descriptions and displayed odds to decide what to pursue; do not assume a Style spin can change an Ability or vice versa.
Since charge is reported to build mainly from ball contact or a last-touch score, a useful Ability is one whose effect and timing suit the way you participate in rallies. Passive charging is described as very slow, so it is not a dependable substitute for making plays.

What level unlocks codes and higher-rarity Styles?
A third-party guide updated October 3, 2026, reports that Level 15 unlocks both code redemption and Secret, Ultra, and Evo Styles. This level gate is not confirmed by a developer help page in the sources cited here, so check the game’s own menus if the option does not appear.

- Reach Level 15, as reported by the guide.
- Open Shop, then select Codes.
- Enter the code exactly as written and press Use Code.
- If it fails, check spelling and capitalization, whether it has expired, and whether you have already claimed it.
Codes can change quickly. A code being listed in a guide or update report does not prove it is redeemable now; verify it in game before counting on its reward.

- Keep a Style that helps your role. Consider the stats you rely on and whether you can trigger its conditional mechanic consistently.
- Reroll only toward a real goal. Decide on a desired stat profile or mechanic before spending, and judge a result by how you will use it—not rarity alone.
- Separate the two inventories. Style spins pursue Styles; Ability spins pursue Abilities. Save each resource for the system you actually want to change.
- Use current in-game information for volatile details. Banners, code validity, slot prices, odds, and pity rules may change; community reports can help identify what to look for but are not a substitute for the current game display.
