Vultr Cloud Compute के Linux instance पर FFmpeg चलाकर वीडियो फ़ाइल को YouTube Live के ingest URL और stream key पर भेजें। वीडियो को दोहराने के लिए FFmpeg का -stream_loop -1 input option इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है; अपने installed build में इसे पहले ffmpeg -h से जाँचें। YouTube Live Control Room में preview और stream health देखना भी जरूरी है। यह तरीका तभी 24/7 चलता रहेगा जब instance, FFmpeg process, नेटवर्क और YouTube ingest उपलब्ध रहें—सिर्फ cloud server चुनना uninterrupted uptime की गारंटी नहीं है।
यह सेटअप किन चीज़ों पर निर्भर है
वीडियो एक Linux Cloud Compute instance से भेजा जाएगा। FFmpeg फ़ाइल पढ़ेगा, उसे real time में encode या remux करेगा और YouTube Live Control Room में दिखाए गए ingest endpoint पर प्रसारित करेगा। YouTube वीडियो को ingest करने के बाद दर्शकों के लिए अलग-अलग playback formats बनाता है।
- Vultr instance: इसमें Linux, FFmpeg process और आपके वीडियो के लिए पर्याप्त CPU, RAM, disk तथा outbound network क्षमता चाहिए। Vultr अपने Cloud Compute instances को configurable virtual machines बताता है; transcoding CPU-intensive हो सकता है, लेकिन हर stream के लिए एक तय instance आकार जरूरी नहीं होता।
- FFmpeg: command-line encoder है। परिणाम वीडियो के codec, resolution, frame rate, चुने गए encoding mode और instance के प्रदर्शन पर निर्भर करेगा।
- YouTube Live: आपको stream URL और stream key चाहिए। इन्हें Live Control Room से लें; endpoint को अनुमान से न बनाएं।
इस workflow के लिए dedicated CPU या किसी खास Vultr plan को अनिवार्य नहीं माना जा सकता। शुरुआत कम resolution या छोटी test stream से करें, फिर CPU उपयोग और YouTube के stream health संकेतों के आधार पर instance का आकार तय करें।
1. Vultr पर Linux Cloud Compute instance तैयार करें
- Vultr में अपने खाते के जरिए Linux Cloud Compute instance deploy करें। OS image और region चुनते समय वर्तमान उपलब्धता और billing अपने Vultr खाते में जाँचें। यहां किसी खास आकार, region या कीमत की सिफारिश नहीं है: जरूरी क्षमता encoding workload पर निर्भर है।
- SSH या Vultr Console से instance में लॉग इन करें। Vultr के instance management दस्तावेज़ में दोनों तरह की पहुँच का उल्लेख है। SSH सक्षम हो तो निजी key और सीमित access वाला खाता इस्तेमाल करना बेहतर है।
- वीडियो को instance पर सुरक्षित रूप से रखें। फ़ाइल का पूरा path नोट करें और सुनिश्चित करें कि उसमें audio भी है, यदि stream में audio चाहिए। बड़ी फ़ाइल अपलोड करने का समय आपकी मूल upload गति पर निर्भर होगा।
पहली जाँच के लिए अपने मूल video को सीधे चलाने से पहले उसका resolution, frame rate, video codec और audio codec पहचानें। यदि input के codec और format YouTube ingest के लिए उपयुक्त हैं तो re-encoding से CPU बच सकता है; लेकिन तब bitrate और encoding settings बदलने का नियंत्रण सीमित होगा।

2. FFmpeg install करें और loop support जाँचें
अपने Linux distribution के आधिकारिक package source से FFmpeg install करें। Debian या Ubuntu पर उपलब्ध package-manager निर्देश OS version और repository configuration के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं, इसलिए अपने instance के लिए उपयुक्त निर्देश चुनें। Install के बाद ये जाँचें चलाएँ:
ffmpeg -versionसे build और version देखें।ffmpeg -encodersमेंlibx264जैसा H.264 encoder उपलब्ध है या नहीं जाँचें। यह encoder हर build में शामिल हो, इसकी गारंटी नहीं है।ffmpeg -hमें-stream_loopढूँढ़कर अपने build के accepted syntax और व्यवहार की पुष्टि करें। Option की उपलब्धता और व्याख्या version के अनुसार जाँचें।
FFmpeg command का सामान्य ढाँचा input options, -i से input path, output/encoding options और अंत में output URL है। नीचे दिया उदाहरण सामान्य FFmpeg syntax पर आधारित starting point है, Vultr पर चलाकर सत्यापित command नहीं। पहले छोटी test stream करें और अपनी फ़ाइल, build तथा YouTube settings के अनुसार इसे समायोजित करें।

3. YouTube stream URL और key लें
- YouTube Studio खोलें और Live Control Room में नया stream बनाएं या मौजूदा stream चुनें।
- Encoder setup में दिखाया गया ingest URL और stream key कॉपी करें। YouTube encoder workflow में यही जानकारी encoder में दी जाती है।
- Key को password की तरह रखें। इसे सार्वजनिक script, screenshot, साझा terminal log या ऐसे shell history में न छोड़ें जहाँ दूसरे लोग पढ़ सकें। यदि key उजागर हो जाए, Live Control Room में उसे reset करें और encoder में नई key इस्तेमाल करें।
- Live Control Room में उपलब्ध endpoint के अनुसार RTMP या RTMPS चुनें। RTMPS, TLS/SSL वाला encrypted RTMP connection है और YouTube इसे encrypted streaming के लिए recommend करता है। इसे तभी इस्तेमाल करें जब आपके encoder build और stream settings में इसका समर्थन हो।
Ingest URL और key को command में सीधे लिखना आसान है, लेकिन इससे वे shell history या process inspection में दिख सकते हैं। नीचे का उदाहरण उन्हें interactive prompt से लेता है; इससे हर तरह के system log या process listing में exposure रुकने की गारंटी नहीं मिलती। Server पर अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं के access को सीमित रखें।
4. FFmpeg से फ़ाइल को YouTube पर loop करें
यह उदाहरण H.264/AAC में video को encode करता है और उसे real-time गति से भेजने के लिए -re का उपयोग करता है। -stream_loop -1 input को अनिश्चित रूप से दोहराने के लिए है, यदि आपके FFmpeg build में यह option इसी तरह समर्थित हो। पहले स्थानीय help और छोटी test stream से इसकी पुष्टि करें।

- नीचे का command interactive shell में चलाएँ; prompt आने पर YouTube Live Control Room से URL और key दें। URL में key पहले से शामिल न हो तो केवल ingest base URL डालें।
- वीडियो path को अपने instance पर मौजूद फ़ाइल से बदलें। उदाहरण 1080p30 के लिए 10 Mbps video target और 128 kbps AAC audio रखता है; bitrate की वजह आगे settings तालिका में दी गई है।

-f flv "${YT_URL%/}/$YT_KEY"इस command में ingest URL और key को YT_URL/key के रूप में जोड़ा जाता है। यदि Live Control Room का URL या आपके encoder का अपेक्षित output format इस संरचना से अलग हो, तो endpoint के अनुसार output URL बदलें—URL का अनुमान न लगाएँ। यदि key पहले से URL में शामिल है, उसे दोबारा न जोड़ें।
यह उदाहरण input को libx264 से दोबारा encode करता है, इसलिए CPU load बढ़ सकता है। veryfast preset encode गति को प्राथमिकता देता है; यह किसी निश्चित image quality या server sizing की गारंटी नहीं देता। -re और loop का व्यवहार अपने FFmpeg version में जाँचें। यदि आप codecs को बिना re-encode भेजने के लिए -c copy चुनते हैं, तो YouTube की bitrate, codec और container संबंधी अपेक्षाएँ अलग से जाँचें; copy mode में नीचे दिए गए encoder controls उसी तरह लागू नहीं होते।

GOP संख्या frame rate के हिसाब से निकाली गई है: 30 fps पर 60 frames और 60 fps पर 120 frames लगभग 2 seconds होते हैं। YouTube keyframe interval लगभग 2 seconds recommend करता है और उसे 4 seconds से अधिक न रखने को कहता है। तालिका में GOP उदाहरण को अपनी वास्तविक frame rate के अनुसार बदलें; source की frame rate को output से मेल न कराने पर motion या timing का व्यवहार बदल सकता है।

अन्य encoder settings कैसे चुनें
- CBR: YouTube के encoder guidance के अनुसार constant bitrate चुनें। ऊपर
-b:v,-maxrateऔर-bufsizeका संयोजन target rate को नियंत्रित करने का प्रयास करता है; अपनी FFmpeg build के व्यवहार की जाँच करें। - Keyframes: लगभग 2-second interval रखें और 4 seconds से अधिक न रखें। 30 fps पर
-g 60और 60 fps पर-g 120इसी लक्ष्य के उदाहरण हैं। - Video codec: YouTube के listed video options में H.264, H.265 और AV1 शामिल हैं। इस उदाहरण में H.264 है; किसी दूसरे codec पर जाने से पहले अपने FFmpeg build और YouTube endpoint की compatibility जाँचें।
- Audio: YouTube के listed विकल्पों में AAC और MP3 हैं। उदाहरण AAC रखता है। यदि स्रोत में audio नहीं है या उसका format अलग है, तो command के audio options को जाँचकर बदलें।
- Upload क्षमता: encoder bitrate के साथ protocol overhead के लिए भी outbound headroom रखें। यदि server की उपलब्ध egress क्षमता चुने गए output को स्थिर रूप से नहीं संभालती, तो dropped frames या अस्थिर ingest हो सकता है।
- CPU: software encoding का भार codec, resolution, frame rate और preset पर निर्भर करता है। Representative motion वाले हिस्से पर परीक्षण करें; केवल स्थिर चित्र या कम जटिल दृश्य का परीक्षण पूरे वीडियो का भरोसेमंद संकेत नहीं होगा।
5. Preview, “Go live” और stream health जाँचें
- FFmpeg शुरू करने के बाद Live Control Room में preview आने तक प्रतीक्षा करें। जाँचें कि वीडियो और audio दोनों सही हैं तथा output resolution/frame rate आपके लक्ष्य से मेल खाते हैं।
- Stream health संकेतों में bitrate या dropped-frame समस्या दिखे तो एक समय में एक चीज़ बदलें: output bitrate, resolution/frame rate, encoding load या server क्षमता। फिर preview और health दोबारा देखें।
- यदि stream scheduled है, तो preview दिखाई देने के बाद Live Control Room में “Go live” दबाना पड़ सकता है। Encoder का data भेजना अपने-आप scheduled stream को सार्वजनिक रूप से live करने के समान नहीं है।
- दर्शक के नजरिए से भी audio स्तर, video loop का जोड़ और कोई अचानक खाली या अनुपयोगी हिस्सा जाँचें।
6. 24/7 संचालन में क्या संभालना होगा
लंबे समय तक चलने वाली stream सिर्फ FFmpeg command तक सीमित नहीं है। इस workflow में कोई server uptime, automatic recovery या निश्चित reconnect व्यवहार सुनिश्चित नहीं है; Vultr instance failure, YouTube ingest interruption और network outage अलग-अलग कारणों से stream रोक सकते हैं।
- Process supervision: SSH session बंद होने पर foreground process का व्यवहार आपके session के तरीके पर निर्भर हो सकता है। लंबे संचालन के लिए ऐसा process supervisor या service manager चुनें जो process exit को पहचानकर restart policy लागू कर सके। लागू करने से पहले restart loop, permissions और stop/restart व्यवहार जाँचें। यहां कोई tested service unit या recovery script नहीं है।
- Reconnect policy: YouTube connection गिरने पर FFmpeg को फिर से चलाना जरूरी हो सकता है। चुने गए FFmpeg build और endpoint के साथ reconnect options का परीक्षण करें; बिना जाँची retry policy को automatic recovery न मानें।
- Logs: startup, exit status और errors का उपयोगी record रखें, पर stream key या पूरा output URL log में न आने दें। Log rotation या retention तय करें ताकि logs disk न भरें।
- Restart के बाद: instance reboot, package update या process failure के बाद stream अपने-आप फिर शुरू होगी, यह अलग से configured और tested होना चाहिए। नए process में सही input path, key और endpoint की उपलब्धता जाँचें।
- Cloud billing: instance चालू रहने का खर्च streaming workload से अलग जारी रह सकता है। वास्तविक खर्च चुने गए आकार, region, runtime और वर्तमान Vultr billing/egress शर्तों पर निर्भर है; deploy करने से पहले खाते में उनकी पुष्टि करें।
YouTube के encoder help के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम की live streams अपने-आप archive होती हैं। इसे 24/7 archive की गारंटी न समझें: 12 घंटे या अधिक चलने वाली stream के archive व्यवहार का यहां दावा नहीं किया जा सकता। यदि archive महत्वपूर्ण है, तो अपनी stream और channel की Live Control Room स्थिति अलग से जाँचें।
YouTube channel eligibility, copyright और monetization
Live streaming eligibility
YouTube के getting-started help के अनुसार channel verified होना चाहिए, पिछले 90 दिनों में live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए और live streamer की आयु कम से कम 16 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। ये सहायता-पृष्ठ की शर्तें हैं; नियम या account eligibility बदल सकती है। Stream शुरू करने से पहले अपने channel की Live Control Room स्थिति देखें।
वीडियो दोहराना अपने-आप अनुमति नहीं देता
- केवल वही वीडियो, संगीत, चित्र या अन्य सामग्री stream करें जिसके अधिकार आपके पास हों या जिसके उपयोग की अनुमति हो। किसी वीडियो को loop करना copyright दायित्व समाप्त नहीं करता।
- Copyright अनुमति और monetization eligibility अलग प्रश्न हैं। किसी सामग्री का उपयोग करने का अधिकार होने से यह अपने-आप साबित नहीं होता कि चैनल YouTube की monetization नीतियों के तहत योग्य है।
- लंबे समय तक एक ही pre-recorded सामग्री दोहराने से पहले अपने channel पर लागू YouTube नीतियाँ और Live Control Room की warnings जाँचें। किसी खास प्रकार के loop के monetization परिणाम की यहां गारंटी नहीं है।
