War Robots had more than 270 million registered players and generated over $900 million in cumulative revenue by 16 April 2024, according to developer MY.GAMES. These are company-reported anniversary figures: registered players are not monthly active users, and the announcement does not document an independently audited methodology.
What MY.GAMES reported for War Robots
MY.GAMES announced the figures on 16 April 2024, marking ten years since War Robots launched in 2014. The company described the title as a mobile multiplayer shooter developed by its in-house studio Pixonic. Its announcement reported the following measures:
- More than 270 million registered players by the anniversary announcement. This is a cumulative registration figure, not a count of monthly active users or independently verified unique people.
- Over $900 million in cumulative revenue by the same reporting point. MY.GAMES did not provide a breakdown or describe an independent audit in the announcement.
- More than 28 million installs across platforms in 2023. This is an install figure for that calendar year, not a count of registered players or active users.
- Up to 5 million monthly users. The company used “up to,” so the figure should not be read as a fixed monthly average.
- Around 600,000 daily logins. Logins are not necessarily unique daily users.
All five figures come from MY.GAMES’ 10th-anniversary announcement. The source does not explain how the company calculated the totals, so they are best understood as historical company-reported metrics rather than independently verified counts.
Why the player and activity numbers are different
The metrics describe different things and cover different time windows. Registered players and cumulative revenue refer to totals reported by the anniversary date; installs refer to activity during 2023; monthly users and daily logins describe usage at a recurring cadence, with “up to” and “around” qualifying the reported amounts. They cannot be added together or substituted for one another to estimate a current audience.

That is the CEO’s assessment, not an independently established finding.
