What Sony announced before the show
In its January 29, 2024 pre-show announcement, Sony described a 40-minute presentation covering more than 15 games, including extended looks at Stellar Blade and Rise of the Ronin. The regional announcement gave the start time as 4:00 p.m. Mexico time and 7:00 p.m. Argentina time; those are the local times stated there, not a universal time conversion. The planned 40-minute duration does not establish the archived video’s exact runtime. Sony’s pre-show announcement was authored by Hermen Hulst, then CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Studio Business Group.
