Haligtree Knight Helm increases Faith by 2, making it a direct answer if you have reached Elphael. It is found on a corpse near the Elphael Inner Wall Site of Grace—not dropped by Haligtree Knights. Other listed armor pieces also grant +2 or +1 Faith, with trade-offs in equipment slot, defense, weight, or secondary effects.
Armor that increases Faith
The listed armor bonuses are per piece. The +2 options share the largest Faith increase shown in the consulted community-maintained item references; the best choice depends on your build and what you are willing to trade for the bonus.

The Haligtree Knight Helm’s in-game description says: “Helm worn by knights sworn to the Haligtree. Graced by a crown of unalloyed gold. Increases faith.” The Faith attribute is described in-game as an attribute required for sacred incantations that also boosts the magic power of Faith-scaling incantations.
How to get the Haligtree Knight Helm
- Reach Elphael and find the Elphael Inner Wall Site of Grace.
- Climb the nearby ladder.
- Loot the corpse there to collect the Haligtree Knight Helm.
Farming Haligtree Knights for their other armor pieces will not produce this helm, according to the item-set reference.

How to choose between the armor options
- For a straightforward +2 headpiece: the Haligtree Knight Helm is a clear option if you can reach its location.
- If you want another +2 option: Imp Head (Corpse) and Gold Tattoo (Chest) are listed alternatives. Compare their defenses, appearance, weight, and how the slot fits your current equipment; the available references do not establish one universally best choice.
- Weigh Greathood’s penalty: its +2 Faith and +2 Intelligence come with a 10% HP reduction, so consider whether the extra attributes justify the loss for your build.
- If +1 is enough: the listed alternatives include several headpieces, chest garments, and arm or leg pieces. A smaller bonus may fit your equipment needs better.
Other ways to raise Faith (not armor)
These equipment effects can help if you need more Faith, but they are talismans or a temporary flask effect rather than armor.

Marika’s Scarseal and Soreseal cannot be equipped at the same time. For a Faith requirement, compare the bonus with your character’s unboosted Faith and account for whether the effect is temporary and what other benefits or penalties come with it.
