Xbox One S and Xbox One X frame-rate target
Bandai Namco’s platform specifications, reported by XboxAchievements in 2021, list both Xbox One S and Xbox One X at up to 30 FPS. The report gives the same frame-rate target for each model.

Resolution differs by model
The same specifications list separate maximum resolution figures: up to 1600×900 for Xbox One S and up to 3840×2160 for Xbox One X. These are published ceilings, not evidence that the console holds the maximum resolution at all times. Resolution and frame rate are different measures; the higher Xbox One X resolution figure does not mean it has a higher stated FPS target.

Does Elden Ring run at 60 FPS on Xbox One?
No 60-FPS target is listed for Xbox One S or Xbox One X; both are specified at up to 30 FPS. The available platform figures are targets rather than a current, scene-by-scene performance test, so they do not establish a locked 30 FPS or prove particular dips in gameplay.

Bandai Namco Europe’s version 1.09 patch notes from 2023 list Xbox One among the targeted platforms. They describe ray-tracing support as added for Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and PC, and caution that ray tracing can affect frame rate and resolution. The notes do not state that the Xbox One frame-rate target changed.
