What does the statue give you?
After you give Old Master Cannoli a Sweet Gem Berry, the statue’s mouth opens and its eyes turn red. Interact with it again to receive a Stardrop, which increases your maximum energy. The statue then returns to its original form, and you cannot claim this reward from it again.

How to complete the exchange
- Bring a Sweet Gem Berry to the Secret Woods.
- Give the berry to Old Master Cannoli’s statue.
- Interact with the statue again to collect the Stardrop.
Where to find Old Master Cannoli
The statue is in the Secret Woods, reached from the northwest corner of Cindersap Forest. A large log blocks the entrance at first; you need at least a Steel Axe to clear it. See the Secret Woods location details if you need help finding the entrance.

How to get a Sweet Gem Berry
Grow one from a Rare Seed. It takes 24 days to mature, so plan ahead if you have not already started one. The berry is inedible, so you cannot eat it; save it for the statue if you want this Stardrop. The Sweet Gem Berry entry lists its crop details.

Yes. The Stardew Valley Wiki says that one Sweet Gem Berry can award a Stardrop to all players in multiplayer. Old Master Cannoli is one of several sources of Stardrops; the Stardrop page lists the others.
