What is Artyfact?
Artyfact combines a shooter with a wider GameFi and metaverse concept. Its official site markets it as “The AI Shooter Where Skill Pays” and lists skills, jetpacks, and vehicles. The developer-authored FAQ on the Epic Games Store describes the project as a gaming metaverse with player revenue sharing. Those are the company’s descriptions, not independent assessments of the game or its economy.
Is Artyfact released?
No full-release date is stated. The Epic Games Store FAQ identifies Artyfact as an Early Access game. The developer says it is refining core mechanics, balancing gameplay, improving systems, and preparing content for full release, with timing dependent on community feedback. Its planned full-game features should not be assumed to be available in the current build.
What is the gameplay like?
The official site lists randomly placed skill points, jetpacks, and vehicles, while the project’s announcement channel promotes fast-paced player-versus-player combat. Announcements have also described modes including Arena Duel and Control Point. Mode availability and rules can change: posts about Arena Duel have included entry fees and operating-status updates, so check current in-game information rather than treating an old announcement as a standing requirement.

Artyfact’s announcement channel says the battlefield is built with Unreal Engine 5.7. This is a company claim, not a version independently confirmed by the reviewed sources. A January 23, 2025 company press release said the game was powered by Unreal Engine 5; it does not independently verify the newer 5.7 claim.
Can you play without crypto or a Web3 wallet?
Yes, according to Artyfact’s FAQ. It says blockchain interaction is optional for ordinary play, and that new users receive an integrated Artyfact Wallet rather than needing to connect an external Web3 wallet. The FAQ identifies Binance Smart Chain as the platform’s blockchain. These details describe the developer’s stated setup; wallet flows and supported services may change.

What do the NFTs and ARTY token do?
The FAQ names legends, weapon skins, and jetpacks as NFT game assets and describes an in-game marketplace. It says ARTY is used in the tournament reward system. These stated uses do not establish that assets can be resold at a particular price, are liquid, will retain value, or can be used outside Artyfact.
There is an important distinction between holding a token and owning the creative rights connected to it. Artyfact’s Terms say that buying a blockchain token does not grant general intellectual-property rights in its associated content, and set limits on permitted use. The Terms also say an Asset Pass NFT may be required for some skill-based games, tournaments, and competitions. That is a qualification to the claim that blockchain is optional: it is not required for basic play, but a particular competitive activity may impose an NFT requirement.

The project’s whitepaper describes a broader virtual world that could include games, token rewards, NFTs, concerts, exhibitions, runway shows, and other events. This is a vision document, not confirmation that every listed experience is operating.
Are Artyfact NFTs currently available?
Availability is volatile. When the official marketplace was checked on September 30, 2026, its All, Legends, Weapon skins, and Jetpacks filters showed zero items. That snapshot could reflect a temporary, technical, or region-specific state; check the marketplace directly for current listings and prices.

Is Artyfact worth trying?
Artyfact may interest players curious about a free-to-play shooter that adds optional blockchain features. The clearest way to approach it is as an Early Access game first: the developer says the core game is still being tuned, and its larger metaverse plans should be separated from features confirmed in the current build. You can avoid NFTs and crypto for ordinary play, but check the terms of a specific tournament or competition before entering.
