Minecraft Lovehunt is a fan-made, single-player visual novel dating sim by Kiolite, created for the Dream Team fandom and reported released in 2021. It is associated with Minecraft, but it is not an official Minecraft mode or Marketplace experience. What is Minecraft Lovehunt?
Lovehunt is an interactive story, not an open Minecraft sandbox: you do not build, explore, or survive in the way you do in Minecraft itself. The RAWG listing describes it as a free-to-play visual novel made for the Dream Team fanbase, and Fanlore identifies it as a Ren’Py game for PC. The available sources describe it as a standalone digital game; they do not establish that you need to own Minecraft, use a Minecraft edition, or subscribe to a Minecraft service to play it.
Mojang’s overview of Minecraft describes the official game as a sandbox with Creative and Survival modes. Its Minecraft information page and multiplayer guide cover official community and multiplayer features. Those descriptions provide context; they do not list Lovehunt as an official mode, Marketplace item, or multiplayer feature.
How do you play Lovehunt?
Read each scene and choose responses to move the story along. Your choices determine which character route and ending you reach. The creator’s notes, preserved in the RAWG listing, recommend keyboard controls and warn that using the mouse during timed choices can cause navigation problems.

- Navigate menus: Use the arrow keys to move between options and Enter to select one.
- Make choices: Read the options carefully and select an answer when prompted. For timed choices, the preserved creator notes recommend avoiding mouse navigation because it may glitch and lead to a game over.
- Finish an ending: Continue through the credits. The creator’s notes say to quit the game after each ending so the ending counter works.
These control and completion instructions are creator-attributed notes reproduced by RAWG, not the result of an independently tested walkthrough.
How many endings are there, and how do you unlock Dream’s route?
Fanlore reports nine endings in total: three outcomes for each of three characters—romantic, platonic, and bad. It identifies Sapnap and GeorgeNotFound as the first routes, with Dream’s route available after completing the other characters’ endings. Because the original game page’s current access status is uncertain, treat that route order as secondary-source information rather than a freshly verified walkthrough.

Can you still download Minecraft Lovehunt?
Current access could not be verified through a live creator download page. Fanlore’s page, edited January 28, 2025, reports that the original itch.io page is password-protected and that Kiolite has moved on without further updates or support. Availability can change, so check the creator’s page if you are seeking the game. A third-party reupload should not be assumed to be an official or supported copy.
