Use cheat SummonTamed <EntityID> to spawn a specified dinosaur already force-tamed. For example: cheat summontamed Ankylo_Character_BP_C. Replace the example’s entity ID with the one for the creature you want.
Which command should you use?
Spawn a force-tamed creature
Enter cheat SummonTamed <EntityID>, substituting the creature’s entity ID. The ARK Official Community Wiki command reference gives this example: cheat summontamed Ankylo_Character_BP_C. The command spawns the creature force-tamed at your character’s location.

Choose a level with GMSummon
If you want to specify a level, use cheat GMSummon "<EntityID>" <level>. The level you enter is before the taming bonus. The command reference describes a 1.5 multiplier, so divide the desired final level by 1.5 to calculate the level argument. A creature spawned with GMSummon still requires a saddle.
Where do the commands work?
The ARK Official Community Wiki lists both commands for ARK: Survival Evolved and ARK: Survival Ascended. The ARK Unity ARK: Survival Ascended command reference also lists SummonTamed.

How do you enter the command?
Console access and authorization depend on your game edition, platform, game mode, and server setup. There is no single verified console-opening key sequence or authorization procedure that applies to every configuration. Check your edition’s in-game settings or the server’s documentation for the correct way to open the console and enable commands.
