There is no single verified answer. The Jet Ski is the community wiki’s pick for fastest vehicle overall and fastest obtainable vehicle. The Scorpion carries the highest land-vehicle top-speed figure in the sources reviewed, at a stated maximum of 423 MPH. Neither claim is an official developer specification, and neither says how the vehicle performs on an ordinary route. The sections below separate the claims by definition so you can choose the answer that matches your question.
Define “fastest” before comparing
Most disagreements about the fastest Jailbreak vehicle come from people measuring different things. Before you accept any ranking, check which of these it uses:
- Fastest vehicle overall: includes watercraft and any other vehicle type.
- Fastest land vehicle: cars only.
- Theoretical top speed: the maximum a vehicle’s stats or boosts allow, often under conditions the map does not permit.
- Speed on the live map: what a vehicle reaches on actual Jailbreak routes.
- Practical performance: launch, handling, stability and usefulness for robberies and police chases.
- Availability: whether a player can obtain the vehicle now, and how.
A vehicle can top one list and sit lower on another. The Jet Ski leads the all-vehicle claim, while the Scorpion leads the land-only top-speed figure. Neither result tells you which vehicle is best for getting away from police.

These entries are not interchangeable. The Jet Ski and Eclaire rankings use different scopes, and the Brulee and Scorpion figures are theoretical maximums, not map results. Do not merge them into one leaderboard.
Theoretical top speed versus speed on the map
The gap between a stated maximum and what you will reach in play is the most important caveat in this topic.
Scorpion
The community wiki describes the Scorpion as having rocket thrusters and rocket speed, and says it can reach 423 MPH given enough time and space with overdrive. A standard Jailbreak map limits how much straight road you get, so the figure describes what the vehicle can reach under ideal conditions, not what a typical chase or race delivers.

Brulee
The Brulee page gives the clearest split between theory and practice. It lists a 405 MPH top speed, then estimates about 340 MPH on the Jailbreak map without rocket fuel. It also says the theoretical maximum cannot be reached within the map under those conditions. This is the only source in the set that quantifies the gap directly, and it is still a community estimate.

The roughly 245 mph figure for the Velociraptor comes from community highway tests on the main map. It is the closest thing in the sources to an in-map speed number, but it still lacks a published test route, driver method or boost setting.
Practical performance: what the tier list rates highly
The fan-made 2026 tier list is the most useful guide for everyday play, because it ranks cars by how they behave on the map rather than by stat maxima. It weighs:

Six cars sit in S tier: Roadster, Successor, Scorpion, Javelin, Concept and Torpedo. The list keeps trade value separate from performance, so a rare or expensive vehicle does not rank higher just because it is hard to get.
Where the Jet Ski claim fits
The Jet Ski claim is the only source in the set that answers the all-vehicle question. It is a watercraft, which means it does not compete in the land-only comparison above. If you are racing or running escapes on roads, the Jet Ski’s overall ranking has little bearing on your choice. The claim also comes from a single community wiki entry with no published speed figure, so treat it as a title claim rather than a measured result.
Availability and access
A fast vehicle you cannot get is not useful. The sources reviewed do not establish how each car is obtained, so check the current in-game options before you plan around a specific car.

- Eclaire: described as the second-fastest car on sale. Confirm it is still purchasable.
- Jet Ski: described as the fastest obtainable vehicle. The sources do not say what it costs or what access it requires.
A June 2026 community post asked for “the fastest car I can get with either Pro Garage or no game pass.” The sources reviewed do not list which vehicles require a game pass or Pro Garage access, so the answer to that question cannot be confirmed from them. Check the in-game shop and the vehicle’s own page for access requirements.

- Run each vehicle several times and record the spread, not just the best run.

- Note the game’s update date, because the tier list warns that numbers shift after patches.
Trade value and rarity
Trade value and rarity measure demand, not speed. A limited vehicle can be collectible without being the best escape car, and a common vehicle can outperform a rare one on the road. If your question is about trading, use a value source. If it is about speed, use the metrics above.

What the official listing does and does not establish
The official Roblox listing, which names Badimo as the creator and shows a September 28, 2026 update date in the search result reviewed, describes the game as organizing robberies or catching criminals and promotes finding “the fastest cars to rule the server.” It does not name a speed winner, and the speed claims above all come from community sources.
No developer-published speed table was found. Until one exists, the fastest vehicle depends on your definition, and the Jet Ski, Scorpion and tier-list answers should be read as separate claims.
