King Community members also list several other levels where purple bubbles can turn green, and levels where green bubbles can turn purple. None of these lists is an official King catalog, so treat them as player-reported starting points rather than a guaranteed map.
The level most players point to: level 20
In a King Community reply to the question “What level has purple bubbles,” a player answered directly with level 20. That same reply says the purple and green colors at that level change and interchange, and it describes the level as a useful one for collecting those colors. The commenter is not identified as a King representative, so this is a community answer rather than a published level guide.
Because layouts can vary by player progress and by platform, you may not see the exact same arrangement the reply describes. If level 20 does not show purple bubbles for you, the lists below are the next place to look.
Other levels that involve purple and green bubbles
A separate King Community discussion includes a player-maintained list of levels where bubbles change color. It is useful for finding more than one option, but it is not confirmed by King and may be incomplete or out of date for some versions of the game.

Level 20 does not appear in that list, which is a reminder that the community reports cover different aspects of the same mechanic. Check both sources if you are hunting for a specific color pattern.
Why the answers are community-based
King’s official FAQ page for its games points readers to the game-specific Bubble Witch 2 FAQ, but the page itself does not list purple-bubble levels. No official King statement or expert guide establishing these level numbers was found in the sources reviewed for this article. That means the answers above are useful, but they are not the same kind of authority as a developer-published walkthrough.

The Google Play listing for Bubble Witch 2 Saga describes it as a free-to-play bubble-shooting puzzle game with optional in-game purchases, and shows an update dated September 29, 2026. That update date confirms the listing is current, but it does not confirm that level layouts match the community reports on every device or version.
How to check a level yourself
- Open Bubble Witch 2 Saga and go to the level map.
- Start with level 20, then look at the first few shots to see whether purple and green bubbles are present and swapping colors.
- If the level does not match, try levels 4 and 41 from the purple-to-green list, then 2 and 11 from the green-to-purple list.
- Note the level number and your game version so you can compare your results with other players.
A third-party level index organizes the game into episodes and numbered levels, which can help you locate a level by number. It does not, however, identify which levels contain purple bubbles, so use it only to find the level, not to confirm the color.

Searching for lists of special levels
Some players ask for a complete list of levels containing a particular element so they do not have to search manually and spend lives on trial and error. The community lists above are the closest available option. Because the game has been updated over time, a complete, verified list is not something these sources can provide.
If you find a level that does not match any report, sharing its number on the King Community forum is the most practical way to add to the shared record.
