First identify which upgrade failed: raising the Revelation Amulet’s enhancement level, or changing its quality with Substance Morph. These are separate actions with different requirements. Check the item and materials shown in your current client before trying again; the available item records do not establish a universal cause or guaranteed fix for a failed attempt.
Identify which upgrade you attempted

A fan-made item record labeled Global Launch Scale Test client data, dated 2026-09-19, says the Rare Revelation Amulet can be enhanced to +10 and can be upgraded through Substance Morph after ten enhancements. Treat these as reported client details, not a guarantee that the same options or recipe are live in every region or version. Check your current item and interface before acting. Check requirements for an enhancement attempt
- Open the Revelation Amulet’s enhancement interface and confirm the item selected is the one you intend to enhance.
- Check that the interface displays the matching Amulet Enhance Scroll and any other required materials. The Global-labeled item record associates that scroll with Monolith Resonance; confirm the current reward display rather than relying on an old route. Aion2.info item record.
- Compare the displayed requirements with your inventory and the exact enhancement level shown. If a requirement is missing or the interface rejects the action, record the message instead of repeating the attempt blindly.
Check requirements for Substance Morph
- Inspect the amulet’s enhancement count. The Global-labeled record describes Substance Morph as available after ten enhancements.
- Open the current Substance Morph interface and confirm that it offers a recipe for this item and shows the expected result.
- Do not assume a recipe or result from another client applies. Use the recipe currently shown for your item and region.

Verify your faction, region, and client version
Quest routes and item records can differ by faction and client. The Global Launch Scale Test record dated 2026-09-19 lists the level 13, bound Rare Revelation Amulet as a reward from Awakened Hope or Buried Atrocities; these are faction-specific routes, not necessarily two quests available to every character. A separate Heroic Revelation Amulet entry is labeled Korea/Taiwan client v110 data dated 2026-09-09; it was not listed in Global as of 2026-09-19. Do not use that regional entry to diagnose a Global item or infer that its upgrade options are available in your client. Regional item records.

If the attempt remains blocked
- Capture the exact on-screen error, without paraphrasing it.
- Note your region and client version, faction, amulet grade and enhancement level, the action attempted, and the materials the interface displayed.
- Consult current in-game help or support with those details. The available records do not document an official error-specific cause, recovery procedure, or guaranteed remedy.
