Rockstar’s GTAV Title Update 1.37 notes describe the underground storage facility as purpose-built for eight Special Vehicles. The names above are cross-checked against the GTA Wiki’s Special Vehicles list and GTABase’s vehicle database.
What does the main Vehicle Warehouse store?
The main warehouse stores up to 40 stolen target vehicles sourced for the Vehicle Cargo business and sold through export missions, according to Rockstar’s 2017 update notes. These are mission inventory, not 40 spaces for ordinary personal vehicles. The available sources do not establish that arbitrary personal cars can be parked in either area.

How do you get and use the Special Vehicles?
Rockstar’s update notes say the Special Vehicles are purchased through Warstock Cache & Carry. Their reduced SecuroServ Trade prices become available after completing the respective Special Vehicle Work missions. Once stored in the underground facility, Special Vehicles can be requested through the Interaction Menu, as described by the GTA Wiki.
The Vehicle Warehouse feature arrived as part of the Import/Export content described in Rockstar’s January 2017 notes for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Those notes also describe buying a Vehicle Warehouse through the SecuroServ app on the CEO desk computer. The sources cited here do not establish whether storage rules differ across current platform editions.
