What’s included in the Physical Deluxe Edition?
Bethesda’s Physical Deluxe Edition FAQ lists the following game content:

The package also includes a code for digital Akatosh and Mehrunes Dagon armor, weapons, and horse armor sets, plus a Digital Artbook and Soundtrack App. Bethesda describes these as code-granted digital extras, not additional physical items in the box.
How do you access the digital extras?
The equipment is earned in-game through quests: Order equipment is obtained during A Wound in Time, and Cataclysm equipment during Burning Trail. The artbook and soundtrack are separate library or store items on Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation 5, according to Bethesda’s access instructions.

Which platforms have the physical Deluxe Edition?
Bethesda names Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 for the Physical Deluxe Edition. Its separate general availability page lists the remaster for Xbox Series X|S, Game Pass, PlayStation 5, and PC. That broader platform list does not establish a physical Deluxe Edition for PC or every platform with the game.
Does the disc work without an internet connection?
No internet connection is needed after the initial download, but the first setup does require internet. Bethesda says: “Yes, internet will be required to download full game files and extras, but can be played offline after the initial download.” The disc alone should not be assumed to contain all files needed to start playing.
