Choose the format around the viewer’s need
Choose a scheduled live stream for a gathering
If people should attend a particular service or event together, schedule a stream for its start time. A scheduled stream can appear as upcoming, and viewers can choose “Notify me.” This suits events where being present at the same time and interacting matters. Plan ongoing programming for continuous access
If the aim is a devotional destination viewers can tune into throughout the day, decide how that continuity will work. It might be an always-on live feed, recurring scheduled sessions, replays, or a blend. State the actual arrangement rather than implying that every moment is a live, original broadcast.

Production options and continuity planning
YouTube documents mobile, webcam, and encoder streaming. A webcam setup can use a laptop, webcam, and microphone; an encoder is an option for productions that need connected hardware or overlays. YouTube recommends professional-grade hardware encoders for higher-production events, but that is not a requirement for every stream.
