The ARC Raiders Flashpoint update went live on March 31, 2026. That launch date has passed; Flashpoint is not an upcoming update.
When did Flashpoint launch?
Embark’s official announcement said the update would go live on March 31, and Nexon’s launch-day notice confirmed it was implemented that day. Embark’s announcement and Nexon’s notice establish the date.
Flashpoint was released for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, according to the official update trailer.
What did the Flashpoint update add?
Close Scrutiny and new ARC threats
Flashpoint introduced Close Scrutiny, described by Embark as both a new map condition and an ARC Operation. It also added the Vaporizer as a new ARC threat and spread ARC Shredders to new areas.

Two new weapons
The update added the Canto, a submachine gun that uses medium ammunition, and the Dolabra, an energy shotgun. Embark describes the Dolabra as a close-range option for penetrating ARC armor; the announcement does not provide weapon statistics or a basis for ranking it against other weapons.
Project, Scrappy, and other changes
Other listed additions and changes include a High-Gain Antenna player project, a feeding boost for Scrappy, crafting improvements, new quests, quality-of-life updates, and cosmetic bundles. The official announcement’s descriptions identify these features but do not provide further numerical performance claims.

No. The official ARC Raiders homepage listed later updates by October 2026, including Frozen Trail, announced for October 8. Flashpoint’s March launch should therefore be treated as past news, not an upcoming release or the current next update.
