Which Doom Match map has the portals?
The portals in question are described on Sanctum Sanctorum, not as a feature of every Doom Match map. Doom Match can also use Alchemax Headquarters, so check the map name before searching. The game-mode database lists both maps, though its live map pool may change: Marvel Rivals Database: Game modes.

Marvel Rivals’ official Version 20250110 notes, published January 8, 2025, introduced Doom Match as an 8–12-player mode in which the top half wins: official patch notes. The database currently describes the mode as a 12-player free-for-all with random respawn points; that is a database listing, not an official live-game guarantee.
Where should you search on Sanctum Sanctorum?
Search both the building interior and the areas outside it. The map article describes inter-dimensional portals in both places, but does not provide a complete location map or exact pinpoints: Empire of Eternal Night: Sanctum Sanctorum.

These are broad search areas, not verified room-by-room directions. The cited map reference does not establish how many portals appear, where each one is, what destination it leads to, or whether it has an interaction prompt.

No. The Sanctum map article separately mentions inter-dimensional portals and teleport rifts, describing the rifts as torn, purple features. It does not give a comprehensive visual guide to distinguish every portal in a match. Doctor Strange’s hero-ability portals are another separate mechanic: official patch notes dated June 10, 2025 say an issue where they could open directly into a spawn room under certain latency conditions was fixed. That note is about the hero ability, not the map’s inter-dimensional portals: official patch notes.
