He was located at the back of Moosewood Beach, near the leaderboard building and opposite the docks. This is a historical guide: the Fisch Wiki currently marks the event content unavailable and records its removal in version 1.23.0.
Where to find Hippie (Ringo)

Historical guides place him at approximately 405, 135, 235 or 410, 135, 235, so use the beach and leaderboard as your landmarks rather than relying on an exact coordinate.
