Uzoth, the NPC who teaches Dragon Talon, is currently standing outside the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island in the Third Sea. If a guide sends you to Haunted Castle, it is out of date: Uzoth used to be there and moved to Dragon Dojo in Update 24.
Finding Uzoth on Hydra Island
Travel to Hydra Island, which is in the Third Sea, and head to the Dragon Dojo. Uzoth is outside that building. Community-maintained wiki pages for Uzoth and Dragon Talon describe this location, and they do not give a more precise route from the island dock or map coordinates, so the directions here stop at the Dojo.
What you need before he will teach Dragon Talon
The current Uzoth and Dragon Talon wiki pages list three requirements:
- Fire Essence. A secondary guide says this item is obtained from the Death King.
- 400 mastery on Dragon Breath.
- 3,000,000 Beli and 5,000 Fragments. Some older video results list a different Fragment amount. Use 5,000, which is the figure on the current wiki pages.
Order of steps
- Obtain Fire Essence from the Death King.
- Walk to Uzoth outside the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island and give him the Fire Essence. The Uzoth page notes that you can hand over the essence before you have the Beli and mastery.
- Build Dragon Breath mastery to at least 400 and collect 3,000,000 Beli and 5,000 Fragments.
- Return to Uzoth and talk to him again to learn Dragon Talon.
Why older guides point to Haunted Castle
Uzoth was previously inside a giant gear at Haunted Castle. The wiki’s change history records the move to Dragon Dojo in Update 24. Guides published before that update will send you to the wrong place, so check the publication date of any guide you are following.

Limits of this information
The location and requirements come from community-maintained game reference pages, not from an official Roblox or developer source. Game updates can change NPC locations and costs. If Dragon Dojo or Uzoth is moved or the requirements change in a later update, the wiki pages will usually reflect the change first, but confirm in-game before you travel.
Fire Essence drop rates from the Death King are not established in the sources used here, so expect the essence to take as long as the Death King fight itself.
