The Stormwind portal is in the Hall of the Mystics, inside Exodar’s Vault of Lights. Ask an Exodar guard for the Hall of the Mystics or the mage trainers to get directions.
Where to find the Stormwind portal
Go to the Vault of Lights and enter the Hall of the Mystics. That is the room where the Stormwind portal is located, according to the Warcraft Wiki’s Hall of the Mystics entry. Blizzard also identifies Exodar’s Vault of Lights as a portal location in its Spotlight on: Portals.
How to get oriented
- Ask an Exodar guard for directions to the Hall of the Mystics or the mage trainers.
- Follow the directions to the Hall of the Mystics in the Vault of Lights and look for the portal to Stormwind in the room.
A Blizzard customer-support forum discussion describes the portal as being right in front of you after arriving in Exodar; use that as general directional context rather than a precise marker or route. The discussion does not establish current access requirements for every character.
