Alliance quartermaster: Dun Baldar
Alliance players should find the Stormpike Quartermaster in Dun Baldar. The battleground guide places the NPC more precisely at the Dun Baldar South Bunker. Warcraft Wiki’s Alterac Valley guide gives the specific location, while its quartermaster reference identifies the NPC and base location.
Horde quartermaster: Frostwolf Keep
Horde players should look for the Frostwolf Quartermaster at Frostwolf Keep. The Frostwolf Village reference describes the position as beyond the keep entrance tower, at the right exit. See Warcraft Wiki’s Frostwolf Village reference and its quartermaster reference.
Which quartermaster should you use?

The faction distinction matches the reward tracks Blizzard describes for Alterac Valley: Stormpike Guard for the Alliance and Frostwolf Clan for the Horde. Blizzard’s Classic announcement establishes that context, but does not provide quartermaster coordinates.

If the quartermaster is not there
The precise positions above come from community-maintained Warcraft Wiki references for the traditional battleground, and they are not confirmed for every WoW version or expansion. If the NPC is absent, check which version of the game you are playing and consult a reference specific to that version before relying on the same placement.
