Bring the Twisted Bud to Greyroot in Shellwood. Her hut is off the left side of the area’s second large room; complete her Rite of the Pollip quest before giving her the Bud.
Where to find Greyroot
In Shellwood, look for a small hut off the left side of the second large room. Greyroot is inside, and she is the recipient for the Twisted Bud.
What to do with the Twisted Bud
- Complete Greyroot’s Rite of the Pollip quest.
- Bring the Twisted Bud to her hut in Shellwood and use it with Greyroot.
Delivering the Bud advances the Rite of Rebirth wish and is connected to the cursed ending path. The hand-in alone does not complete an ending; further actions are required.
Where to get the Twisted Bud
The Twisted Bud is found in Bilewater. One route described by guides reaches Bilewater through a hidden passage from the Whispering Vaults. Access routes can vary with progression, so this is a useful route rather than a guaranteed path for every point in the game.
