The Radeon RX 7700 XT is an established desktop graphics card released on September 6, 2023—not a new 2026 launch. For the August 16, 2026 stock check, Newegg US provided the clearest purchase signal: indexed listings included new ASRock Challenger and XFX Speedster QICK319 cards at $409.99 and $399.99 respectively. Those figures and stock labels can change before checkout.
AMD’s official retailer directory lists shopping destinations in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, but a directory entry is not proof of inventory. Use the checks below to confirm seller, condition, delivery and warranty on the exact product page.
Where to check first by country
| Region | Retailers to check | Confirm before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Newegg, Amazon, Best Buy, Micro Center | New condition, seller, shipping estimate and store pickup |
| United Kingdom | Scan, Overclockers UK, BOX, ADMI | VAT-inclusive price, delivery date and UK warranty |
| Canada | Newegg Canada, Canada Computers, Memory Express, Amazon Canada | CAD price, tax, shipping, store inventory and local warranty |
These retailers and retailer categories appear in AMD’s Radeon partner directory. AMD describes partners, not guaranteed RX 7700 XT stock.
United States: strongest verified buying signal
The Newegg US results page showed several RX 7700 XT listings marked in stock in the August 16, 2026 search set. An ASRock Challenger appeared at $409.99 and an XFX Speedster QICK319 at $399.99; one result was manufacturer-direct. These are indexed search prices, not guaranteed checkout totals, so open the listing and verify the seller, condition, shipping and return policy.

Amazon, Best Buy and Micro Center are legitimate places to check through AMD’s directory. They can be useful for fast delivery or local pickup, but inventory may depend on your ZIP code or individual store. A generic retailer search result is not evidence that a new card can ship immediately.
United Kingdom: compare VAT-inclusive listings
Overclockers UK maintains a dedicated RX 7700 XT category. Scan, BOX and ADMI are also listed by AMD. The available evidence did not establish a dependable August 2026 UK price, quantity or delivery date, so treat category pages as places to check rather than confirmed stock.
UK shoppers should compare the delivered, VAT-inclusive total and confirm that the warranty can be claimed in the UK. A listing that says “available” may still be a back-order, a future dispatch estimate or stock held at a different location.
Canada: listings exist, but confirm checkout status
Newegg Canada and Canada Computers showed RX 7700 XT results. Canada Computers results included Sapphire Pulse and PowerColor Hellhound products with purchase controls in the indexed page, but that is a historical signal until the live page confirms your location, price and delivery.

No dependable current Canadian checkout price was established in the cited results.

How to tell whether a card is really available
- Open the exact product page, not only a search result or AMD’s directory.
- Check that the title says Radeon RX 7700 XT and identifies a board partner and model.
- Read the condition field: new, open-box, refurbished and used are different purchases.
- Identify “sold by” and “shipped by.” Prefer the retailer itself or a recognized manufacturer storefront.
- Confirm an add-to-cart path, dispatch date and destination-specific delivery estimate. “Notify me,” “back-order” and store-only inventory are not immediate shipping.
- At checkout, verify taxes, shipping, import charges, return window and warranty territory.
Marketplace pages can mix inexpensive open-box cards with inflated third-party offers. The same Newegg results page showed substantial price variation, so a high price does not automatically mean a scarce or superior version.
Which RX 7700 XT model should you choose?
AMD designs the GPU; most retail cards are partner boards from companies including ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, PowerColor, Sapphire and XFX. Choose by the thing the premium actually buys.
Cheapest reputable new card
For a standard gaming build, select the least expensive new model from a seller with clear returns and a valid local warranty. A factory-overclock label alone does not justify a large premium.
Cooler and noise
Two- and three-fan designs vary in acoustic behavior and temperatures, but the supplied evidence does not provide independent noise or thermal testing for individual models. Treat claims about a “quietest” card as unverified unless you consult a cited review.
Compact or small-case build
Check the manufacturer’s dimensions, slot thickness and recommended clearance. A three-slot card can block expansion slots even when its length fits.
Rank #3
- Axial-tech fans now feature a smaller fan hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure
- Phase-change GPU thermal pad helps ensure optimal heat transfer, lowering GPU temperatures for enhanced performance and reliability
- 2.5-slot design allows for greater build compatibility while maintaining cooling performance
- Dual-ball fan bearings last up to twice as long as standard conventional sleeve bearings designs
- 0dB technology lets you enjoy light gaming in relative silence
Warranty and support
Confirm who handles warranty claims and whether coverage applies in your country. Imported marketplace stock may have different terms from a card bought through a local retailer.

- Case: Compare the exact card’s length, height and thickness with the case’s GPU clearance and adjacent-slot space.
- Power supply: Meet AMD’s 700W recommendation and confirm two available 8-pin connectors. Follow your PSU maker’s cable guidance, normally using separate PCIe cables where specified.
- System type: This is a desktop component, not a laptop upgrade. Compact prebuilts may use proprietary power supplies or lack clearance.
- Display target: It is aimed primarily at 1440p. Check your monitor resolution and the games you actually play.
- Listing identity: Do not confuse RX 7700 XT with RX 7700, RX 7600 XT, RX 7800 XT or an RX 7700 XT-equipped prebuilt system.
- Final cost: Include delivery, sales or provincial tax, VAT, import charges and any marketplace fee.
Is the RX 7700 XT still worth buying in August 2026?
Buy it when a new, warranted card is substantially cheaper than newer products offering comparable or better performance and features, and your priority is conventional 1440p desktop gaming. The 12GB memory capacity can suit many current 1440p scenarios, but it is not a guarantee of long-term headroom.
Pause and compare the live price with the Radeon RX 7800 XT, RX 9060 XT 16GB, RX 9070 and GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. A used RX 6800 XT or RX 6900 XT may also be cheaper, but condition, power use and warranty risk are higher. AMD’s current desktop range and retailer ecosystem are documented on its graphics products page; the supplied evidence does not establish fair August 2026 prices for each alternative.
Skip the purchase when the only offers are inflated marketplace listings, unclear-condition stock or imports without trustworthy local warranty support. Recheck every price and stock label immediately before ordering because graphics-card inventory can change between a search result and checkout.
