Alpha Infernape is on Ramanas Island, at the southwestern corner of the Obsidian Fieldlands in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Reach the island with Hisuian Braviary or Basculegion.
How to reach Ramanas Island
Head to the small island in the southwest of the Obsidian Fieldlands. Use Hisuian Braviary or Basculegion to cross the water and reach it. Game8 identifies Ramanas Island as the Alpha Infernape location: Game8’s Alpha Infernape guide.

How to catch Alpha Infernape
Approach without battling
Game8 recommends using a Smoke Bomb to get closer while Infernape is turned away, then tossing it a Razz Berry. When it turns to eat, aim a Poké Ball at its back.
Battle instead
You can also initiate a battle and use a status effect to help with the capture, as described in the Game8 capture guide.

Game8 also lists Infernape at Ramanas Island across all times and weather conditions. Separately, after the Daybreak update (Ver. 1.1.0), Infernape can appear in Obsidian Fieldlands Massive Mass Outbreaks.
